Dakota was our technician today, and he did an outstanding job servicing our fireplace gas logs. He was polite, efficient, and took the time to explain how to operate the system and restart the pilot. He was very neat and let the area spotless. I highly recommend J R BOLTON and will definitely call them if I need their services in the future.

We bought a small gas stove for our porch from Karis at JR Bolton for a renovation we did this summer. We made one visit """"with masks"""" to the showroom in April. After that it was very easy and to obtain all of the information we needed to make our decision. Karis was professional, well informed, and communicated everything we needed to know to make a good decision. She spent time working with our architect to be sure we had the drawings correct for the flue placement. When we finally ordered our stove, it was really easy to pay via Apple pay from a text! She kept us informed of the order, the expected delivery and arranged for the installers. The installation was problem free. Angel and Bryce came out, and had the stove installed in short order. They were friendly, and conscientious about wearing masks. They gave very complete explanations to all of our questions and reviewed the operation of the stove thoroughly before they left. This is absolutely one of the best customer service experiences we have had - ever! Whatever they are doing with employees and contractors at JR Bolton, they are doing it right! If we have any needs for anything they sell, we will go back to JR Bolton. We do not live close to their showroom, but our experience made it worth driving out there.

I ordered an outdoor grill, cabinet, refrigerator combo. It was delivered on November 1. I paid more than 5k for it. The set up technicians could Not get the lights in the grill to work. Said a new wiring harness was needed. In speaking with the salesman Scott, he said it was a warranty issue. Warranty issue? For something just delivered and not acceptable. I requested a new grill. Just order the thing and take this one back. He said it was a warranty issue with the grill manufacturer. UNACCEPTABLE!!! Replace my grill!

This is our second big project with J.R. Bolton and once again they did a fantastic job. Angel and Bryce were our field service technicians to install a Lennox single-zone mini-split system in our master bedroom. This was Bryce's second project with us and he was just as professional as the first project. Angel was the man with the plan and led the project. The project included running a new 20 amp dedicated circuit, drilling through brick and testing the system. Their attention to detail was impressive. They made sure everything was aligned properly, vacuumed the drill dust and even put back the pine straw. They wouldn't leave until we were 100% satisfied. They have the right tools, don't cut corners and take they're time. While on-site they noticed we had a leak with our AC unit and they'll be back next week to correct the issue. We are customer's for life.

The installers, Bret, Bryce, and Angel, were very efficient, and made every effort to insure they cleaned up after the installation. I highly recommend this company!

FANTASTIC customer service and products. Charles is so kind and professional and consistently goes well above and beyond for his customers. He was very thorough, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions with regard to our two direct vent fireplaces. He gave troubleshooting advice and walked me through all processes, and even helped check my smoke alarm detectors when he heard them chirping! His answer: he'd like to help because our safety was his priority. Talk about a great guy. We're so impressed that we're looking at them for other services.

I have a tankless water heater that J R Bolton installed at least 8 years ago and have been very happy with it. Today the Technician, Matt G. came out for regular maintenance of the water heater and , also, my AC/Heating unit. He was punctual, professional and very thorough . Before leaving he made sure gates/doors were closed and the light out in the crawl space. I would definitely recommend him.
