Five star quality service from JR Bolton in servicing two of our fireplaces in our home. Dario arrived on time and immediately added value with the service visit. He was able to do a great job in assessing any issues that we had and he was able to get both of our fireplaces operational and ready for the Winter season. Dario went above and beyond in that he was extremely thorough in his explanation of the process, parts, and preventative things that I could do each year in preparation for the cold season. Dario was the best and we would highly recommend him as well as JR Bolton when it comes to servicing your fireplace. It was a very helpful visit. We were extremely pleased with Dario's work today.

I requested a free quote from JR Bolton for a tankless water heater. Their technician Ross was punctual, very professional, thorough and Knowledgeable. I received a written estimate within a few minutes. Great service.

Classic bait and hook. Reached them to for an issue with our Rinnai Tankless water heater ( Error 11). - Prompt response and scheduling. - The guy comes, , he starts talking about annual subscription services. - Then without even diagnostic finally says it needs a cleaning. And gives me a quote for 450$. Brand new Unit price is 1500$. Our unit is 7 year old. - Had to swallow it and give 85$ for coming and telling me what a error code 11 is, without touching/checking/diagnostic/opening the unit. Anyways, i feel these guys are just looking to collect service fee's and sell annual subscription services.

Most ignorant customer service attitude ever. Called about having a gas line ran and asked for a refrigerator water line as well. Their Secretary laughed and said they only do has lines and plumbers don't do both. She told me good luck and to call back when I needed them! Plumbers are all about water and septic lines. I've talked to other companies that do both. Why would I ever use a company with such an ignorant and condescending attitude

Our AC unit, that they installed , stopped communicating with the thermostat on Friday afternoon. I called the office and the girl answering the phones said she would have someone get back to me. No call back. I called again and she assured me I would get a call. After 5 I got a call back. I was told to shut the unit off and then put back on. We did it and nothing. Still no ac. So we were told they were calling Lennox for a new Thermastat. That was Friday. We waited nothing. It's now Monday morning and no thermostat and no ac. Worst customer service ever. Will never use a company without 24 hr service again. Don't let this happen to you. Go somewhere else.

Recently I had our gas fireplace repaired by JR Bolton. The young repairman came out and dismantled all the pieces to clean out the inside workings. I was impressed by his meticulous workmanship and explanations of what was happening and what he did to get it back to functioning. Once reassembled, he vacuumed around the unit and polished the front surfaces. If only ALL the service repair people who have come into my place were as professional, and polite as he was, I'd be happy.

I requested an estimate to install a gas log fireplace. The person coming to my home was supposed to bring pictures of mantels, fireplace surrounds, and give me the estimate. That is what I was told when I made the appt. Instead, a technician came out and all he did was take pictures of where I wanted the fireplace located. I could have taken the pictures myself and emailed it to them. He told me I would have to go to the store to see the mantels, which I was trying to avoid because of covid. So basically I paid $85 for nothing. I called to complain that I did not get what I paid for, but no one I spoke to cared. They have absolutely no customer service skills.

JR Bolton came and installed my new HVAC system and Furnace today. I've used them since I purchased this house 20 yrs ago. Angel & Bryce were the technicians. I cannot tell you how happy I am with the whole process. I can't imagine using any other company to work on my systems. I also had a new water heater installed yesterday. The guys are super friendly and professional and are able to answer any questions you might have. 10+
