Had him fix a leaky main water faucet, a water heater that we couldn't get lit, and fixed our shower faucet cause all we got was hot water. He was on time and stayed until the job was done. We won't call anyone else cause he always get the job done.
I've use Bolt Plumbing for decades, and they always manage to solve my plumbing problems. They are very experienced, do quality work and care about their customers. Our Decatur West End home was built in the 1920's. In our experience Bolt Plumbing has been able to fix challenging plumbing problems that come with older homes.
Our water heater stopped working and so I called Bolt Plumbing. They were recommended by a friend. He came out quickly and fixed it quickly!He even gave my son a quick tutorial about what to look for if we had any problem again. I highly recommend them.

This was a bad experience from both Yelp and Bolt. Submitted all my detailed info via Yelp, and got an email response from Bolt and a quote within the hour. Responded as directed via email, and got a message from Yelp that they couldn't deliver my message since my email client is ""not supported."" MS Outlook is not supported? Come on Yelp--that is really weak. Yelp recommended I call Bolt directly to continue the conversation. So, I did. Spoke with a Bolt representative, set a time for them to call and come do the work next day. That was 6 days ago, and never heard a word from them. Hired another company.
