There's a lot to be said for reliability and workmanship - Micah and his crew never fail to show up whenever we have an emergency and get things fixed up efficiently and will do it right the first time. He also makes great recommendations on maintenance that saves money in the long term. We wouldn't want anyone else to work on our home.

Micah is professional, friendly, knowledgeable and kind. He arrived at 5pm on a Friday to help with a leak in our basement and returned on Saturday to hep resolve the issue. He also recommended the next person we needed to solve the problem, who turned out to be excellent. We have since hired Micah to install the plumbing for a two bathroom renovation. He worked very well with our general contractor and the project came out beautifully. He communicates well and responds quickly. We would definitely call him for future issues or projects. His prices are fair and competitive and it is easy to work with him.

We called Bolduc to come help connect our new waterline to the house. The owner responded immediately and agreed to come and even contacted the contractor so that they could coordinate their efforts. I was very grateful for this, and my friend was in need of some plumbing assistance for a couple of projects in her house, and I recommended them to her as well. They came out the same week to help her.

My friend had her service done the day before we did and ended up being charged a little over $1000 for about 2 1/2 hours of work. When she questioned this, she was told that their rate is about $200 an hour-- which they must've charged for both the licensed plumber as well as the apprentice that he brought with him to get to that final bill.

The next day, they did the work at our house and we were floored when we got a bill for over $2000 for 4 1/2 hours of work. They did not have to provide any real supplies for my friend or myself- - in her case, she had already purchased a water filter that she wanted installed, and in our case, our contractor had bought all the fittings. So this was pure labor, and again was charging at least $200 each per hour and one of the men that came was an apprentice- - we really felt taken advantage of by the end.

According to Google, plumbers in Massachusetts charge from between $45 an hour to $150 per hour. And yet, Bolduc Plumbing in Gardner spent 36 minutes in my home to install a shower head (which took 5 minutes) and to replace a $5 toilet handle and charged me $340.

This is simply outrageous and, in my opinion, simply highway robbery. I told Mr. Bolduc in a phone message that I thought this bill was unfair. I received no response whatsoever.

We were so fortunate to find a plumber willing to do a 'small' job. Very prompt. Replaced a kitchen faucet in no time. Great job..

I had a small job, needed the pressure reducer on my water main replaced. I called in the morning and they showed up that afternoon right on time. The Plumber doing the work was friendly and professional. Got the job done quick and it was priced right where I expected it to be. Good work, fast and priced right. What more does one need.

Micah saved the day. My toilet kept running, and I thought it just needed a new part. Come to find out the bolts holding the tank on were rotted and had to be sawed off. I would've had to call him back for a secondary emergency visit if he hadn't noticed it then. Took care of everything for a fair price. Also gave great feedback on fixing hot water issues after a leaky shower valve repair I did myself. Very nice job guys.

Micah is the man. Anytime you need a plumber it's usually not a good day. He and his crew were professional and knew their stuff. Hopefully we don't need him but we will call again if we do.

Micah is awesome! My mom has used him since she bought her house 15 years ago and trusts him implicitly. In the 4 months since I moved back home we've needed to call Micah in a few times for semi urgent issues. I have found him to respond quickly, listen attentively to the issue, be thorough in his response and options presented, honest and extremely fairly priced. We are fortunate to have him and I highly recommend him.
