Was a long time customer, 8 years and multiple jobs including having family use them. They did not fully complete a repair and expected the full service charge to come back. Did not expect it to be free and I would been happy with a reduction or consideration but this was ridiculous.

Never returned my call. Also they won't answer their phone. Been using them for years. I always tipped the plumber. I can no longer recommend them. if they don't want my business all the have to do is tell me their too busy. As a result I will now go out of my way to let people know my bad experience with Boland plumbing of troy Missouri.
