Scheduled a boiler annual cleaning service. They even called the day before to remind you of the technician arrival time. The technician (Dillion) came on time and was ready to get to work. I asked and he went over the cleaning. The complete cleaning and filter replacement took about an hour. The price was reasonable and comparable to other service providers in the area. Overall, a normal annual boiler cleaning service call. This company just gained a new customer.

Great Service, Great Price and There when you need them. The BEST!

After having had another heating service provider become unresponsive in emergency situation when (a) the hydronic boiler/furnace failed to light up, (b) there was a wiring failure (crispy) at the leads into the furnace thermostat with an electrical burning smell when the switch is turned on and (c) its 13F outside (which means pipes freeze especially when it's for a prolonged period.) The other heating company after 1 day of waiting for a response said they could not come out to do repair for a week! Image no heat for 7 days at temperatures as low as 13F.

We found Boiler King on Yelp and thank heavens we did! Carol at Boiler King was a pleasure to talk with and she sent a technician out in less than 1 hour and the problem was solved and failed parts and wiring replaced in an hour. Heat restored in less than 2 hours from the call- now that's service -thank you . Their technician was professional, personable and a pleasure to work with and they cost 1/2 of what the other heating service company had charged in the past.

Great service for many years that I've had them service boilers and HVAC. Tim and John know how to treat and retain customers with their honesty and professionalism. They have even gone as far as talking me through a few repairs over the phone and avoiding a service call. Not so with many of the other companies that prey on people's naivety and lack of basic skills. Carol in the office always stays on top of returning calls and schedules and the service techs are pleasant and are not ""parts changers"" to keep adding materials on to the bill. I will say that if you need a boiler cleaned do it over the summer and don't wait until heating season arrives, they are usually backed up because....there that good and in demand!

Boiler King did a wonderful job for us in Thompson Ridge. I had asked 3 companies for quotes and Boiler King did the best in terms of explaining the advantages and disadvantages of each system. Carol was so helpful through emails and phone conversations. The technicians that came to the house were amazing: efficient and professional. I could not have imagined such a wonderful experience from a boiler installation.

From the first call, Boiler King was timely. Returned every single call and every single email. Carol and her husband showed up promptly for every appointment. Was consistent with their pricing. I had an appointment with two other HVAC companies. Astar, and Comfort Experts. Comfort Experts had an appointment to come out and do an estimate and on the day of the appointment called me and canceled and then said the earliest they would be able to do an install would be 4 to 6 weeks. Pointless. I will say that they were very nice but I never got past go. Astar never returned my call. They tell you to get three estimates so I called around to friends and family to see what they had paid for similar-sized homes. Every single one of my friends and or family members that has central air already has ducts. My house has no ducts. I compared my estimate to theirs and mine was less than a 1300 square foot home in New Jersey that already had existing ductwork (my home is 1500 sf). They provided me a 5% military discount and a Yelp discount. They did the install in 2 days and left the house clean. They offer a one year warranty on labor and the York condenser that I bought includes a 10 year warranty on parts. At this time I can't speak about service because it was a new install so I will revisit this as the years go on however I'm very satisfied and I couldn't have asked for better in the heart of Summer to get an install done within a couple of weeks of developing the relationship. Carol even registered my condenser online for me so I wouldn't lose out on one day of the warranty. Thank you so much!!!

Boiler King has the best prices and best service. Our entire HVAC system broke down and needed to be replaced. We had scheduled to get our HVAC system replaced by a different company , but couldn't fit us in for over a month. I happened to stumble upon Boilerking and they fit us in their schedule in 2 weeks. We were so happy we did because their prices were even better and they noticed our boiler was starting to leak which the other company didn't catch. Working with Carol to figure out scheduling, pricing, etc. was great. She was easy to contact and always responded right away.
The installation of a purifier, humidifier, hvac, and boiler took a day and a half and everyone was really great. They were so informative and very clean. The last day, one of the owners came to install the last of everything, tested it all, made sure there were no issues and that we were happy with their services. We will be calling them back for service every year. Don't even bother going with another company, I've worked with most of them in the area and Boilerking is far by the best. Thank you Boilerking for ensuring we had AC during this heatwave!

that all parts could be procured locally
or had them on the truck. I don't know anyone from this company, just read previous reviews.
You cannot go wrong with them.

I screwed up very badly and froze my entire heating system at the coldest time of the year. When my usual plumber was too busy to help me, I called Boiler King and I'm very glad I did.

There were frozen and broken pipes in various spots and Tim and Kevin quickly identified and fixed each issue until my system was working again. They even came out in the middle of a snowstorm, and Tim brought his own shovel and salt to get his van close to my garage door! Now that's service!

My heating system is now fixed with minimal damage to my house and well under the maximum estimate that Tim gave me. They were honest, straightforward, hardworking and quick. Couldn't ask for more. Thanks, Boiler King.

We just had our AC unit serviced, cleaned, and a cracked drain tube repaired by Tim, co-owner of Boiler King. What a very nice man. He was punctual, friendly, and took the time to explain to me what he was doing (always appreciated!.) There were no hidden fees, and his rate was out of this world reasonable. He also gave us a discount because my hubby is a veteran. I highly recommend Boiler King. I called them yesterday, and Carol fit me in the schedule today. Greatly appreciated. I'm from MN and am very happy that I found my NY ""go-to"" place for plumbing, heating, and cooling needs! Well done Boiler King! A++++++++++++
