We've have Bohl & Proulx do work for us before and have not a problem before this. The work they have done in the past has been great and they were great to work with. This time I simply called to have a toilet reseated. On the day that they were to come out, I received no call to set a time to have the work done. Then, I called and left a message to schedule a time and never received a call back. Apparently they do not need or want the business, or do not need or want my business.

We needed an exterior faucet replaced on our weekend home on Lake Wissota. Bohl & Proulx was flexible on scheduling our appointment. The technician was right on time. He took the time to explain what needed to be done and completed the job quickly and professionally. If we ever need a plumber again at our lake place, we will definitely use them again.

Just had them out to fix multiple issues at out house. The plumber was on time to the minute, friendly, listened to our issues and made suggestions (there were options we had to decide on), and highly skilled. He ran into an issue with a broken fixture that made his job harder, but he was cheerful and solved it quickly. Overall great experience.

They charge a lot for their services just like their website says and it is poor quality and they do not stand behind their work. When I bought a new house they installed a radon system and assured me it would not be audible from the bedroom. The system that they installed is noisy and does not work correctly. I have attempted many times to resolve this issue with them and they want to charge over $800 for repairs on a new system.

They are lifesavers. Had a leak in a copper pipe in my basement. Got it fixed in the same morning I called in. Very Professional.
