Was to refinish pool, fix leaks, and put a new salt coordinator in.. He asked for more money on 2 occasions, despite saying it was all included in the original agreed upon estimate of over $9,000 for less than 12x24 pool. Did not repairs the leaks. did not provide or install a new salt chlorination pump. Sent pictures of his claim that """" his heart failing again"""" and said, """"At least your pool looks good. You should be happy. He did not discrepancies and over fees. Rather, he sent pictures of what he called, """" My heart failed again."""" Never answered to request to finish the job or have his people finish it. He put out all lies on business cards on insurance and bonded, etc. Then, his daughter posted online that she needed help finding him as he went on a drug run and not seen since. Bohannon's pool is 100% fake . Call if you are looking for 100% scam. Otherwise, all someone else.

Bo promises the world and delivers a crumb of bread. My pool has been unfinished for 6 months and he won't return my calls. The pool is 1/4 done and filled with His work debis. The little tile that was installed is uneven and poorly done. He is unreliable,gets your money and doesn't do the work, doesn't return phone calls and smiles as he's lying through his teeth. Run!

If I could give Bohannon's Leak Detection and Remodeling 0 stars i would. My mom hired Bo to do her pool work. From our experience, he was not a man of his word or integrity. She loaned him a belt sander and a pressure washer that he still has not returned. Bo agreed to install a saltinator for my Mom and she paid him $1000 for a saltinator that he still has never delivered or installed. He also asked to borrow a belt sander and a pressure washer that he never returned. He would say, """"I'll be by tomorrow or in 2 days and then never show. His word is worthless. He hasn't responded to me or her by text or on FB. I'd take him to small claims, but my mom did her deals verbally and in cash. I don't know what kind of man takes advantage of a poor old woman with cancer. It's beyond comprehension its so low. It's been months now, and we have been begging him for our things back, and we haven't heard a word from him and at this point is seems it's a loss as he's made literally zero effort to make this right. Do not do business with this guy!

As per the last reviewer, I have to mirror her same review. This will be a long post, so I'm sorry in advanced. I will stick to the facts and back it up with messages sent back and forth. We hired Bo on the premise to repaint our pool. He quoted us a price, and gave us a 4 day turn around. We agreed. Upon draining the pool, we all noticed that the fiberglass needed more work than originally thought, so the price went up about $1000. We agreed to move forward. This is when he said he would show up to work, and never did. He sent a couple guys out occasionally, and said that he had ordered us the paint. We made the first 2 of 3 payments which in total was about $1700. We asked him to remove our railing because we just didn't want it in the pool for now. The following day the railing went missing and noticed our aluminum steps by the gate where bo comes in and out. I sent a text and asked Bo to return our railing as we couldn't understand why he would take it. This is where we became suspicious. We looked for reviews on the, what BO said was 16 years in business, and the only one we could find was the previous review where it says he stole a power washer and sander. So I contacted this poster, and wouldn't you know it, it's the exact same washer Bo brought over to power wash our pool. Not jumping to conclusions, we asked him to provide proof of license and insurance.. Everytime was told yeah no problem. Never produced it .. we asked him 5 times to return our railing, and was told yeah.. no problem.. never returned. We asked him for proof of ordering the paint that we have already paid for... Was told yeah no problem... And was sent a picture of an Amazon screenshot blown up so big that you cannot see what was ordered or when. It could have been an order for a couch for all we know. After 3 weeks, The last straw was when he said he would be over to work at 11am. Never showed. We waited until 7 pm and told him to come get his tools, and that we don't want him on the property. He came that night to get his tools but asked if he could come in the morning for the rest of them as they wouldn't fit. I said sure. No problem. Told him, please don't forget our railing. He showed up in the morning. I asked if he brought the rail. His response was yep... got it in the car. He proceeded to pack up his tools and left. No railing left. So in summery, please do not let him on your property. All we asked for was honesty. We cannot prove he stole the power washer from the previous client, but we can tell you that if you hire him to do any sort of work, things will end up missing. He advised us that since we fired him and stuck him with $500 worth of paint, that he supposedly ordered, he told us that his lawyer has told him to not return anything he took. I wonder if his """"lawyer"""" has advised him that taking things that don't belong to him is theft, and operating in the state of Florida without a license or insurance is fraud? Probably not. He's a smooth talker, and will give you a nice price, and a small turn around date until he empties your pool, than will come up with excuses as to why he doesn't have the time to work on your pool, hence leaving you with an empty pool. All we wanted was the railing back and for him to not come on our property, but the last text I got was the """"paint he ordered 3 weeks ago was leaking and they said they had to send out new ones"""" he told them don't bother, but decided to keep our $500 that we paid him to order paint. Because of this, we have filed a report with the Belleview police department, which we work closely with, and will follow up with any updates once they investigate
