Hired them to replace our Garbage Disposal. These people are incompetent took them three visits for them to finally get the thing working. I should have investigated them before my wife went and hired them as we were overcharged for the work they did. We will not hire them again/

I hardly ever do reviews and complain, very rarely do I do a review unless it was terrible. So I have to say they came fast to do the estimate and even worked with me to get in my budget, being a small business in the same town, that was great. They came and did the job fast as well...... Then the interesting part, which I wish I could rate them no stars but it doesn't give you that option. I told them my landlord was picky on where to run the water and drain line and to make sure it doesn't go through the cabinets and they showed me a drain on the floor that they said was an actually drain and it was not there and it had no piping in there, my landlord who is a contractor showed me it was just a hole. So my landlord came home and asked them to re-do it because there would be a flood in the basement. So they re-did it like he asked but still did the holes through the cabinet and he asked them twice not to do that, he asked them to run both lines through the back of the cabinet so they did not listen. I tried to call the supervisor Scott to explain the situation and he got nasty and very rude with me saying I was lying and he doesn't like where this is going to take him to court. Well after all of this they never tested what they hooked up because it was still up in the air when they left, we have them on video using the paper towels in the basement and my landlords tools. Also, I have pictures of the water line leaking. Totally unprofessional all the way around. I thought I was going to have plumbers to call and to give referrals as I know alot of people. This company would be the last company I would recommend. BE CAREFUL!!!!! The team of guys they sent out were not professional at all. NEVER AGAIN! I feel terrible that people don't care that they do crappy jobs.

I don't normally write reviews but, in this case, I just had to. From replacing the furnace to installing the new thermostat, everyone at Bogush was exceptional. From the office staff to the technicians, all were so attentive and helpful. Thanks to them all, we won't be freezing this winter. A million thanks to all and a special shout out to Jonathan and Eduardo, great guys who always came through and are the very best at what they do.

Bogush flooded my basement in July when they failed to check where my reverse osmosis tank was draining into in my basement. They put a claim through to an insurance company that was denied and now Bogush is trying to absolve themselves of any responsibility. The employees not only refuse to talk to me but JUST HUNG UP ON ME. The employees also flat out told me that no one would call me back. I asked to be put in touch with the owners to see about any additional insurance policies or damage compensation and have gotten no response. Sad considering the amount of referrals my family has previously brought to the company.

I had a minor leak in my laundry room. They came out right away 9am. Fantastic. The plumber arrived assessed the leak and then started checking out the basement and asking about the age of the house and the neighborhood...hmmm... but what does that have to do with the leak? Anyway, after 20 mins of nonsense talking . He fixed the leak. The pipe works. Beautiful ( chef's kiss) work of art. I am a happy customer. Cool, lets take a look at the bill. The plumber comes back from car with the bill and it has another price than the one he quoted. He said his manager increased the price because it is an older house. Huh? The first price was fair. This second price is nuts. What do you do in a situation like that? Beg them to honor the first price and cry loudly? The work was done so well, I didn't know what to do. I paid but I should have known something was up. He was talking way too much. Flashback, during the talk, I showed him another area where the cap on a drain pipe had rusted off. He held his phone up to take video of the pipe and the possible damage. I was standing right next to him. He showed me the video. The pipe had a huge crack right in the middle. I asked... How did you take the video that quickly? Wait? why does the wall in your video look different than the one in my house? He seemed genuinely concerned for the safety of my pipes, so, I asked him to send me a proposal to do the work at a later date. Of course, after the price gouging I was suspicious. So I did my own phone video of the pipe when he left. IT WASNT MY PIPE. I had to call my husband to take a look, just to be sure I wasn't loosing it. Our pipe was fine. All that needed to be replace was the cap. It was the old ""switcher-roo"" trick. The plumber must of had a collection of videos from you tube on hand to show customers to scare them into making unnecessary repairs. Unbelievable! Big take away from using this company- They are plumbers; they can fix things; they switch quoted prices; they show fake videos.

I had Bogush install a new furnace at my mom's house. They did everything they said they would, when they said they would do it, at the price they promised, and they did their work cleanly and well. The furnace passed three city inspections perfectly. These are good, old fashioned values, that are rare in today's society. As far as I am concerned, if I need plumbing work-I am calling Bogush.

One of the rudest companies I've ever dealt with. While having a major leak going on... the guy who came to look at what I needed done would never call me back. Was never in the office... was not working that day... always an excuse!!! I had to wait repeatedly... then after getting in touch w him he came back and realized the original work he estimated me for and charged me almost $200 to diagnose the problem... wasn't able to be done bc he never bothered to check the water lines to see if they were shared w the lines I was having a problem w! Waited for another estimate! they are partner companies w public sewer who are just as rude and unprofessional... they gang up together and call each other about estimates bc I wanted more than one estimate for a 5k+ job I needed and public sewer told me bogus gave you an estimate for this work... go w them bc we are the same amount. they quoted me the exact numbers... and knew I called both without me telling them! thier estimates were higher than the 2 others I got. I went elsewhere and will never ever give $1 to either of these horrible companies. Rip off artists!

Bogush Plumbing also owns Public Sewer Service and Pump Express. Watch out for these companies, they overcharged us in the following ways: 1. Charge extra for every vehicle they use for the job. Charged us $75/hr. for a ""utility truck"" which is the truck that the worker drove to our site. 2. Overstaffed the job with two techs and a supervisor charging by the hour for each. 3. Over equip the job by providing jetting and vac trucks ($150/hr. each) for a simple sewer blockage in a small retail store. They charged us over $11,000 for two calls in a 33 day period. 4. They added charges on for sanitary disposal, lifting fees, tolls, and so on.

At another site they convinced my manager that two waste ejector pumps were burnt out and needed to be replaced at a cost of over $9,000. Because of the issue described in the paragraph above, we cancelled the pump job and called another contractor. New contractor inspected the pumps and found them to be fine with only minor repairs needed to a few float valves.

Attempts to resolve the dispute with the company's management were met with arrogance and overall nastiness and repeated threats of ""pay up or we are going to sue you"". So we are headed to court. Stay tuned...

Beware.
