He asked me to call him I did ... he spoke withb.y husband gave him directions over the phone after receiving pictures

Voila the problem was resolved quickly by the guidance from Bogart

Two of my neighbors recommended Bogart and they didn't disappoint. They provided me an appointment and quote instantly, and were very responsive and professional. My upstairs bathroom had a very old (like from the 80s) mixing valve and faucet and they recommended and had on hand a reasonably priced and reliable brand (warranty included) that would do the trick but also provide a reasonable upgrade to the fixture. They even recommended and installed a heat limiting device because this was for my little kids' bathroom. They were fast, yet thorough, in their installation and left my bathroom clean and tidy. I would definitely use them again.

Exceptional customer service. Bogart was extremely accommodating to come after hours in the evening to repair my shower valve I had accidentally broken off. He was able to come by fast and did an exceptional job getting done. My water is restored and he was very clean and professional.
