Very happy with his service! We were scheduled to leave our home at 6am on a Sunday, and woke up at 5am to low water pressure in the house. We very quickly found a major leak at the water main. Bogart answered our call early that Sunday morning and responded right away. He isolated the problem (broken line) and fixed it right there. I would definitely recommend Bogart to others, and won't hesitate to call him again if I need plumbing help in the future. He was honest, ethical, and reasonable!

We came home on Memorial Day evening. The water in our shower was warm. Uh oh. By Tuesday morning the water was cold. I thought the pilot light was out, so I called the Gas company. They said they would be out Wednesday afternoon. That afternoon I began to move things in the garage to give the technician room to work. I found water. Uh oh. I cancelled the Gas company, went on the Rheem website. The site directed me to a Riverside plumbing company who is authorized to do Rheem warranty work. That company sent a guy Wednesday afternoon. After he examined the appliance, he told me I needed a new heater. Duh. He then informed me that his company doesn't do warranty work if the appliance was purchased through Home Depot. He the told me a bunch of lies, including that his company didn't sell Rheem water heaters! He told me I had to pay $195 for his service call. I called his office, they acted like I was so dumb because I expected them to do Rheem warranty work. I paid. The technician handed me invoice which he had faked, more lies.

I went to Home Depot, bought a $789 water heater, arranged the installation through them, for $2,500! Desperate for hot water, I agreed. $3,289, in addition to the $195 I had paid the Riverside crooks.

Thursday at 8:15 am I found Bogart on Yelp. By 11:15, he had picked up my heater at Home Depot, installed it, taken the old one to HD so I could get my warranty refund. Bogart saved us from cold showers! For a fraction of what the HD recommended plumber quoted! Thank you Bogart!
