After discovering a plumbing leak, I called Boerne Joe's plumbing and within the hour they were to my house. When they arrived they were all business and got quickly to the task. They found and fixed the leak. They were very professional, thorough and kindly answered all my questions.

Like others, no show, no call. If unable to provide the simple courtesy​ of advising they're running late or unable to show up (for whatever reason​), then think about any care & concern of doing a reputable job and reliability of service​. Just connect the dots and choose many other good providers.

I love this company! Gave Boerne Joe a call about no water pressure in my kitchen. He walked me through how to fix it myself! Now that is customer service. I will be calling him from now on.

I will never call again...cost me 30.00 for them to come give me a sales pitch. Wanted me to pay $635.40 to replace kitchen faucet and disposal, just labor ($480)and their service plan($155 yr.), WHAT? not the faucet or disposal, I already had the new ones....what a rip!
Called a reputable company and they charged me $140....quite a difference.

No called, no showed appointment. When I finally got ahold of him he didn't even remember me (after making the appointment the day before). After I reminded him of the service he remembered and said "oh was that today, I forgot." He said he was too busy and would not be able to make it out today. Thank you for wasting 1/2 a day of my vacation time! Im glad I discovered the unprofessionalism before he started on a job!
