We were not satisfied they came out to unclog toilet and tub. My husband called back because the problem wasn't fix . They told him they would have to charge him again for them to come back out to look at it smh they need to do Business a lot better so to me they are a rip off

If you like zero communication and have to call them multiple times just to get with their special snowflake "quoting guy" and beg for a quote they promise to email but eventually will not send then look no further at hiring these guys...

This company has a reputation for over charging their customers. Was told a Backflow test would be $150. Lol was able to get an irrigation company to do the inspection for $50. They also tried to say my back flow device was broken and would cost $145 then said the wrong part was quoted it would be $315. Do not use this company.

I do not recommend this company. Was quoted a price to replace faucet valves, which we had our own parts, for $150-$200. The final bill we received was almost $800. Waited 2 months after job was completed to get the bill and was being charged interest on it. The worker claimed he was here 6 hours and was here only 3 hours. I will never use this company ever again.

Stay clear of Boen Plumbing!

Billed me double what they should have and only gave me one price of $790.16 for only 3 hours labor and minor parts.

The bathroom facet leaked very next day and the dishwasher was not even installed back into the cabinet. The dishwasher fell over and out of the cabinet when filled up with dishes.

I called from the day of service until yesterday (43 days later), well over a dozen phone calls requesting to fix these issues and to supply me with an itemized list of what the $790.16 charge was for. Every call, I was promised I would receive an itemized price soon.

It took them over a month to finally fix the dishwasher and did nothing for the leaking facet.

It took 43 days and over a dozen phone calls for Stephanie the owner to finally call me. Stephanie told me she will not supply me with an itemized price and the only itemization she will give me is that the parts came to $121.93, tax $8.23, and labor at $660. I told her that the plumber spent about 3 hours on the master bedroom facet, dishwasher, and the leak in the garage wall; which should only be a labor charge of $267 ($89 hourly rate). Stephanie said she will not discount or give me any money back, nor will she provide the promised itemized pricing.
