I've had a number of plumbing and air conditioning issues that I have gone to Boden plumbing for over the years: water heater, air conditioning, remodel plumbing etc...

They always do great work, they stand behind their work and their workers are personable and trustworthy. I don't call anyone else but Boden when I need service.

We've used Boden a few times and have been impressed every time. I was off-sight and had them come fix an exterior leak. Their work came in under bid (and I was off-sight!). When does that ever happen?

I've worked with many different property maintenance service companies here in Sonoma, from electricians to gate maintenance companies, tree trimmers, pool maintenance... and the folks at Boden Plumbing absolutely set the highest bar in terms of customer service and being absolute experts at what they do. I've used them for years for a couple of homes that we have here in Sonoma, and more often than not, they end up talking me out of expensive appliance replacement in favor of getting the most value out of the appliances we already have. They take the time to explain the reasons why they make their recommendations and are not afraid to educate the customer. They also are great about setting expectations for what it will cost when we do have to bite the bullet and replace an appliance. Again, service is top-notch, they're very responsive, and they come with my highest recommendation!

I have used Boden many times in the past. Every time I call, they respond and arrive on schedule. There staff is very competent and have solved many problems over the years. This time is was air conditioner problems during a heat wave. I thought I would have to wait because everyone would probably be having problems also. Again, quick response and problems solved.

I called Boden when my two toilets suddenly backed up, but the problem clearly was not either of the toilets. Boden's team knew what to do and had state-of-the-art equipment to do it. Turns out the clog wasn't under my condo, but between the two toilets of the adjacent condo. The Boden team was excellent at telling me and the neighbor what to expect -- and when to stand clear. Boden understood how to work with 'mature' pipe to not damage it. Having Boden on the job was a night&day contrast to the individual plumber the HOA had hired for a prior job! And Boden's cost was less than I expected!

They tried to charge me 50% more than their quote AFTER they removed the original plumbing. They also told me they thought they were more important than doctors. That says it all.

I needed a wall furnace replaced. The unit costs $1000, and Boden quoted me $5400 to do the job. Its a 2 hour job. So they wanted to charge me 2000 an hour. Rip off. No integrity. I cant believe all the good reviews. They are probably fake. I remember I had called them before about a bathroom leak and they wanted to redo my whole bathroom and all it was a leaky toilet line.

Hot water went out on a Saturday... not good! Called Boden's and Tony and Max came out to save the day... wasn't an easy fix and also weekend but they went above and beyond to get the necessary parts and get it to work! Can't say enough about them and Boden's! Fair and quick response always!

Its safe to say that these guys are the best around. For example, I've had no hot water the last couple days, finally called at 1030 am and they were here before noon! I've only experienced great service and under a trustworthy company. I've used them in the past and they were honest, knowledgeable and explained the situation in a way that was understandable for a lady who knows nothing about plumbing, electrical.
Today I could have felt like an idiot because I thought the pilot light wasn't igniting properly and possibly needed a new hot water heater. Instead of feeling like an idiot, I felt relieved, as I should be...Daniel came over and said it was really hard to light, and in no way talked down to me, like some blue collar men can do. I think it's very important to show respect to all, and that's exactly why I've seen from Boden. I hate when I hire someone to do something, that I obviously don't know how to do (because that's why I hired you, right?) and then have the nerve to talk to me like I'm an idiot for not knowing? This is not Boden at all. They are more than happy to do the work the right way without you feeling dreadful.
I couldn't be happier with their services and would recommend them to anyone around.
