Boden Plumbing was great! As a single person I'm always concerned about getting ripped off and i""m new to the town of Sonoma. They offered to come out immediately but it wasn't a serious emergency. I will never drop my toothbrush in the toilet again I can surely say. Came out really fast. Wouldn't hesitate for a moment to call them again.

I initially found Boden Plumbing through recommendations on Yelp. I have now used their services three times and have not been disappointed yet. They have been taking care of issues at our rental properties and are always very prompt and professional. They take care of contacting our tenants to arrange a mutually agreeable time and have not failed us. They always call once they have diagnosed the problem and give me an accurate estimate of cost and how quickly the work can be completed.
It is nice knowing that if a plumbing issue does arise that I have a reliable source to turn to.

Chris was extremely professional and was able to properly diagnose an issue that another plumber had misdiagnosed. He made all the arrangements when an outside septic company was needed, so that I didn't have to be involved, and the issue was fixed in a timely manner. I will definitely call them again in the future. Thank you!!!!!

We've used Boden for several plumbing issues that have cropped up in two of our properties over the years and they've never disappointed! KC has not only done terrific work but he's told me how I could fix certain things myself over the phone - without charge - and even calls to check up how it went! That's what I call service. These guys are professional, competent, and very service oriented. Highly recommend Boden!

First I'd like to start of by saying I did not get any work done by this company, so I cannont comment on the quality of their work. At some point I may still hire them if the occassion arises. My interaction with this company began and ended with the appointment process and that is also where an issue arose. I called and scheduled an appt. The next day an hour after what I had received as the time frame I called to check on the status. I was told no appt. had been scheduled and that they had been booked for that particular day ""for weeks"". Apparently I had come up with a date and time frame in my own imagination. They tried to reschedule for the next business day (apparently that day had not been booked for weeks), however I declined as I needed the work done soon.

Andy at Boden plumbing just did a fantastic job fixing a persistent sink leak, calcified tub stop and dripping shower and I am thrilled!
Andy is a top-notch professional who will brief you on exact costs to repair everything and truly knows what he is doing! If they offered six stars, I would give Boden that rating! Cannot say enough about Boden!

Appreciated the after-hours answering service available for emergencies. Was immediately connected to one of the owners who was very accommodating scheduling an appointment around my availability. Service technician that showed-up was on time, happy to talk me through the work he was doing, and took great care to tidy up afterwards.
