Casey at Boden Plumbing was so incredible to me. I was having 16 people over for a party and discovered I had no hot water. He worked me in later in the afternoon, but warned me that if it needed parts, he may not be able to fix the problem that day. He then called a bit later and said, ""Why don't I come over ahead of time and check it out, so if we need parts, I can get them."" He came over and discovered it was a breaker and fixed the problem. I was so grateful. When the problem arose again several days later, I called and the woman who answered got Casey on the phone and we figured out it was an electrical problem.
He then recommended who I call. I am new to Sonoma and am so impressed with Casey and Boden, they will always be my go-to people.

Update 10/18/18

I had to contact Boden again because the same issue arose as last year. I asked that Tony come out again and I said ""I think a spider got into the little hole that you resolved last year. Sure as your mom's sister's your aunt, a spider had crawled in there, died, and blocked the airway. Tony cleared it out, reassembled the motor, and my heater is working perfectly again.""

Who knew an arachnid could screw up a heater? Thanks again, Tony! I'm glad I won't be cold again!



I can't recommend Boden enough. I have an old wall heater that is a pain in the ass. I didn't have heat for about two months! Boden had to come out to my house four times to repair it and it was driving Tony, the technician, absolutely nuts!

He told me that he spent his own time talking with his peers and that he was able to come up with the most random solution ever. And by golly, it worked! My house is now warm because of him.

Tony's time, customer service, and dedication to fixing the issue made my family a repeat customer. They came back out and fixed a leak and installed a new faucet.
