BEST plumbing company I've used. I called them for a repair to my kitchen sink and water heater, call taker was a young lady very helpful and scheduled an appointment the next day. The plumber Gary was friendly and explained everything before hand. Him and his co worker removed and installed a brand new water heater that works great AND we also got a warranty with it. He also replaced my faucet in the kitchen and unclogged the drain which another company said it was too complicated to complete in one day. Great experience will definitely use them again. Outstanding plumbing service! We had an emergency with one of our bathrooms in the house and we called that night and the operator was very helpful and polite, dispatching a plumber out that night. They came out for a free estimate and were able to mitigate the problem efficiently and effectively. The plumber was very friendly and did a great job! Saved our bathroom! The person answering the phones is extremely condescending. She didn't pass along anything about the job to the plumber and was rude. She told me I was getting a free water heater which was far from the truth. I've paid for three so far trying to get one not damaged in the shipping process by FedEx. The plumber arrived alone not wearing a mask and said his helper was sick. The whole experience was extremely uncomfortable.

My first contact with this company was via Amazon service requests for an overflowing toilet bowl and another toilet bowl that would not flush. I booked them through Amazon and a gentleman by the name of Gary showed up. He came in and fixed both and explained to me how to go about it if the same problem happened again. I also started having on that same day a problem with my kitchen sink. The water was not draining. He took a look at it and told me to call back and he would return to take care of it. I was happy with the service I received that day and did call back and asked for him by name. I made the appointment someday last week for this thursday. On wednesday, I was told by a young lady that Gary could not make it due to a gas leak at another site and could I reschedule for this saturday and I rescheduled. Last night, I missed a call from the company and had the pleasure this morning of speaking to a most unsympathetic young lady who was trying not so hard to suppress her laughter while at the same time professing that she hates to be """"the bearer of bad news"""" and """"this is not funny"""". I was told cut and dry that Gary was """"very busy"""" and """"have a lot of jobs"""" up in his service area and not where I live in Sunrise. I try correcting her that i live in the margate/pompano beach area that he serviced not that long ago, but I was told by her that Gary """"was doing me a favor"""" by coming this far outside of the company usual service area like palm beach and jupiter. I also try to explained that i had book this service for which I hope she understood the company would have received monetary compensation as the last time since last week, and again cut and dry her attitude was take or leave it lady because he is very busy and """"would not take his guys"""" so far since he had jobs in his preferred area. The problem is my house was not going to be any closer by next week and I feel that since this was done twice already, it would more than likely be done a third time. This company did not respect my time nor me as a paying customer. After all, this was a """"favor"""". I now understood why Gary asked to not be paid via Amazon on the card I have on file. If I paid via Amazon, the service would be listed as completed by this company and I would be able to leave a review of the company. However, I paid outside of Amazon service and it is listed as cancelled and could not review them on that site. The company actually has zero reviews on Amazon. While I was pleased with the initial service, what followed left a very bad taste in my mouth. I wished I was told that due to an overflow of service requests, I could not be booked from the beginning since last week. I have been unable to wash my dishes in the kitchen sink. it was an inconvenience that I was willing to deal for what i had hoped to be till this saturday, but the young lady told me maybe next week. SMDH...

My go to plumber from here on out. I was extremely pleased with the responsiveness, knowledge and punctuality. I had tried to replace an older shower valve and could not install the replacement cartridge. I was stuck without water. The parts supplier and one other plumber could not come out until the following week. I called Boca Certified and they scheduled me for11am next morning. Francis showed up at 10am great attitude and knew exactly what he needed to do. He replaced valves in two showers and I once again had water. Pricing was very reasonable and I look forward to using this company when I remodel my bathrooms shortly. Thank you Francis!!
