This has to be one of the WORST experiences I have ever had. Clearly, someone is deleting poor reviews for this Bob guy. DO NOT HIRE HIM! He is very ""old school"" so he doesn't have a GPS and gets lost. It apparently is YOUR fault when he does and he will swear at you! Also, he has no clue what he is doing. He said that my condo complex is known for issues and that I had a larger problem. NO! FALSE! I had Zach from Ron the Sewer Rat out today who was completely respectful of me, my knowledge (or lack of) and my bamboo floors. He fixed what Bob couldn't, and explained everything to me. He was prompt, efficient, respectful and didn't get lost. Hire Ron the Sewer Rat! Bob sucks and is rude!

My family and I have been using Bob's Sewer Service for more than 20 years. Bob does excellent work. He returns phone calls promptly and is great about working you in as quickly as possible. His prices are very reasonable. He is a kind and honest man. You will be glad you found him.

Called mid-morning Monday with main drain clog. Bob called back and arranged to stop over by noon on the same Monday. Third time I have used Bob's services over the last several years. Quality work at a very reasonable price. I have passed Bob's name on to several neighbors and we all agree he great at what he does.
Thanks Bob.

Despite Bob's great service in the past we are very disappointed with him and feel that he left us hanging after coming out here recently to unclog the sewer. He attempted to clean out the sewer pipe via the basement floor drain and it lasted for one day. He came back immediately and said he would need to ream out to the street via the main sewer clean-out which was partly inaccessible due to a cedar closet blockage. He told us to create a clearer path to the main line and to get back to him. We followed through soon thereafter by calling his answering service
(a great bunch of gals by the way), leaving at least two messages. He never called us back and we can only assume he didn't want the job despite his friendly farewell the last time he was here. After waiting several days, we called another sewer guy who solved the problem right quick by going through the stack (Bob never even mentioned the stack).
It's not just about losing the money (for Bob's fee), it's being ignored that hurts. Everyone's time is important, including ours.

I was in town visiting my sister when the sewer backed up and caused a huge mess. I hopped on Yelp to find a plumber that could come out ASAP and called numerous places. Bob was the one who could get out the soonest and on top of that was the most affordable. He was a very sweet man who did a great job and was very knowledgable. He got the problem fixed in less than an hour. My sister and her husband will definitely be calling Bob for any future plumbing needs.

Bob is awesome. His rates are reasonable, he has always gotten my issue resolved the same day and he won't give up until the job is done. Highly recommend Bob's Sewer Service.

My wife and I's house had a clog in the pipe out to the main sewer line. Unfortunately this was on a weekend.

Bob came out and unclogged the pipe for a very reasonable price. Nice guy and did his job well.

We would definitely use Bob again.

Luckily our carpet or basement wasn't ruined, just some bailing of water and a nuisance.

Thanks Bob!

Bob was prompt and inexpensive. Most importantly, though, Bob got the job done. Our bathroom sink was clogged and after many hours trying to snake it ourselves, we decided to call in a professional. The last plumber we called charge $135 an hour (minimum). When I called Bob, he told me he could be over in 20 minutes (it was a Saturday). Since I'd just left my house, we set something up for Tuesday morning. When I asked Bob how much he charged, he told me $75. ""An hour?"" I asked. No, just $75. Bob promptly arrived on Tuesday morning and used some machine to drill through our clog. I'll call Bob EVERY time we have a sewer/clog issue--definitely worth the money!
