I recently called Bob's Septic Service to repair my septic system. From Bob to his crew the service they provided was nothing but exceptional! They made something that was very stressful and put my family and me at ease. They provided great customer service every step of the way and Dominic and his crew were very professional and went above and beyond, I couldn't be happier. Absolutely a first rate organization. We are selling our house and needed some repairs quickly done to our septic tank. Not only did CaSandra schedule the repair, she coordinated a required pump out for us so the everything went smoothly.
The office staff is top notch and the field technicians are super. They dug the lid, made internal repairs and then replaced all the dirt, plants etc. exactly as it was before. After extensive excavation you cannot tell that anyone was ever there. The entire evolution was the rare example of a company that cares about their customers and cares about their product.

Awesome service in every respect! Our septic tank was leaking and we were fearing the worst. After speaking with Laura (who was very kind and pleasant), they recommended first pumping our septic tank, as it was LONG overdue, and said that Ron could come out that day or the next morning. Ron phoned to ask if he could arrive early and was courteous and professional. He has many years of experience and is extremely knowledgeable. Immediately after opening the lid, he was able to diagnose the problem and, fortunately, it was a quick and simple fix. He was very thorough and efficient. We were so grateful for such excellent service!
Bob is an honest, straightforward person, and his staff is outstanding -- very courteous, professional, and efficient. We will definitely use them for all of our future septic service.

This is a racket. He said that I had a leach line leaking, which was not true. Tried to get me to replace the whole system, I declined. Then he reported me to the county for leach line leaks. The county came out and found no evidence (because he was lying). I'm probably going to sue him for defamation since I'm a civil lawyer, and also because I think what he did was very wrong.
