Pumping quoted at 400, spent almost 600 trying find the tank. Then they said that all the lines in the leach field had failed and quoted another SIX THOUSAND to add 200' (and to, strangely, tie into the ""bad"" leach lines).

I had another contractor come in and re-check, he found that most of the lines WERE viable and cut my bill by almost $3500.

I will not be using this company again.

The guys did a great job. We had some real problems with our system and Dominic was on top of it. Bob and his crew placed our tank and got our system flowing again. Everything is working perfect and I appreciate the guys cleaning up and leaving everything in good shape.

Bob's Septic Service came to inspect our tank yesterday. The company who came to pump it showed me various problems including a hole in the wall and broken pipes !! I called Bob's on their recommendation and today they completed the work. Having just gone through a two year remodel which went horribly wrong, Bob's guys were amazing. They have done five star work, cleaned up, were careful with our new paved driveway and most of all were exceptionally polite. I absolutely cannot rate them high enough. I award them 10 stars!! Next time I have to have the tank pumped I will use Bob's as the company I used yesterday sent the most grumpy technician!

Bob is be best technician that I have ever had come to my house in any trade period. Bob came out to my house right away (I believe that he was just finishing up the repair at Chet A's house; the previews yelp reviewer). Bob is very knowledgeable and was able to troubleshoot my problem in short order. He was able to get a pump truck out to the house right away as well.

Bob of Bob's Septic Service is a technician of the highest order. He understands the need to troubleshoot a problem, rather than guessing and changing parts. I'd been struggling for a month to get the answer to why the septic system wasn't working. Bob was recommended. He came the next morning. He asked when the system was last worked on so he could call the county to get the records. Since I had the permit from 1980 he studied the schematic, put down a probe, analyzed the problem in under an hour, and the next working day had his crew here. Three hours after they arrived the system was back to working. It doesn't get any more credibly professional than this.
