Bob and his employees did an awesome job. We had a major failure of our system. He took care of everything from start to finish of a new system including the necessary permits and sign off with the environmental health department. Would highly recommend him.

We thought our septic waste was leaking and flowing down to the neighbor's driveway (um, 911/freak out/OMG - brown, murky water!). We called Bob's Septic first thing Monday AM and by lunch he was on-site meeting my husband. He investigated the situation, stuck his finger in the water and sniffed it (so he's also brave!), and determined nothing was wrong - the ""brown"" water flowing was from iron in the earth (after all the recent rainfall). Clearly a relief/best scenario for us, and kudos to Bob's Septic for rushing out to assess!! They also serviced our system and made necessary repairs while we were in escrow (we were the buyers), and got everything finished quickly so as not to delay that process. They are our go-to septic company for sure!

We received a post card from Bob in the mail and it reminded us we needed our septic system pumped. When the guys came over they noticed the septic needed repair. They have us a quote and we didn't shop around, because they were so efficient and reliable. We had them proceed with the repair. While doing the repair they realized the damage wasn't as bad as they initially thought .....so they readjusted the quote. I was very impressed with the integrity and honesty. We will use them again to service our septic again in the future.

They rebuilt my tank lid.

Awesome service, nice people. Original quote was to replace the t-connectors inside the tank as well as replace/repour the lid, put on spacers and pump out lids. We did everything except the t-connectors. I still got charged for the full amount. After the fact, my driveway repair guy says they should have either sealed the metal lids or let us know to seal them before the rains set in. They are now rusting something horrible. We get to wire brush and paint them before we can patch the driveway with concrete. They could have saved us a headache and let us know in advance.

The whole team was fantastic! From our first call, Bob was at our house within an hour to check it out and give us a game plan to replace our 40+ year old septic tank. The replacement was taken care of quickly and efficiently! Highly recommend this business for your septic needs!!
