Had my tank emptied this week by Dave. He did a great job and answered all our questions. Very happy w service. Only draw back was I had to wait two weeks to get them to come out. Wasn't just this company though, everyone I called had a two week or more wait time. Will use this company again next time

I called around the area for the prices to have my septic tank pumped. After several calls from other septic service companies I called Bob's.
Laura answered and quoted me the lowest prices . $350.00 for pumping.
$50.00 for locating and $50.00 per hour for digging. $100.00 for certificate. The lowest of all my quotes. She told me they work with Mckenna septic service.
I made the appointment to have the work done. The men that came to locate and dig were very friendly. They got the job done in an hour.
The man that came to pump and inspect was also very friendly. He was also from Mckenna. He gave me the receipt for the work done but the prices were higher than was I was quoted.
I talked to Laura on the phone to dispute the charges . She was friendly but indifferent. It did not seem like she heard my complaint. She just kept asking for the payment.
I paid the bill. I just felt deceived by this company. The work was done by Mckenna so I will give them a high rating. However I can't say the same thing for Bob's due to deceptive practices. The pump charge is $400,
The digging fee is $100 per hour. $50.00 to locate. If you call for a quote get it in writing.
You can't let your guard down anymore even in the small town. There are people that will take advantage of you.
I don't know if Laura works for McKenna and Bob's but she needs to be counseled about giving honest quotes.
I just hate being lied to.

We'll never use any but Bob's Septic for servicing our system. Him and his crew are professional and more than that, they are incredibly knowledgeable.

I highly recommend this business. They have exceptional customer service, and all the work completed was outstanding and done in a timely and professional manner. Dave came out a few weeks ago to clean out the septic tank, and during his visual examination, showed me parts of the septic system that needed repair. He was very friendly and knowlegeable about septic tank issues. I requested that Bob (owner) come out and give us a free inspection with recommendations. Bob gave us a thorough analysis which required installing 3 crossovers, removing existing concrete risers and intalling new ones with lids, forming and re-pouring the divider wall, and spraying and patching ithe interior of the tank. Brad and Julian came out this week to complete all the work. They were very professional and did exceptional work. They went above and beyond the work that was agreed upon in the contract and completely leveled out the entire section of yard above the septic system, which was previously at an incline. We are so grateful to Bob's Septic and his crew for their hard work!

Excellent services. Prompt and easy to follow. Did what was agreed to Had tank pumpt. And replaced inlet Tee. And installed two rises to replace old concrete lids. Dave was great and Todd was very professional..

I needed the ol' septic pumped, and saw the reviews on Yelp, so gave Bob's Septic a call. Everyone was really helpful setting up an appt, and when they came, I couldn't ask for better service. Dave was FANTASTIC, really friendly, and so fast it was awesome! My kids were fascinated by the big truck, and he was just so nice. Next time I will definitely give them another call.

I had a great experience with Bob's Septic Service - we needed our septic tank pumped and risers installed. It was a smooth process from the first time I called and spoke with Laura. She was very friendly and knowledgeable and did a great job scheduling the crew to fit our schedule.

Bob and his employees did an awesome job. We had a major failure of our system. He took care of everything from start to finish of a new system including the necessary permits and sign off with the environmental health department. Would highly recommend him.

We thought our septic waste was leaking and flowing down to the neighbor's driveway (um, 911/freak out/OMG - brown, murky water!). We called Bob's Septic first thing Monday AM and by lunch he was on-site meeting my husband. He investigated the situation, stuck his finger in the water and sniffed it (so he's also brave!), and determined nothing was wrong - the ""brown"" water flowing was from iron in the earth (after all the recent rainfall). Clearly a relief/best scenario for us, and kudos to Bob's Septic for rushing out to assess!! They also serviced our system and made necessary repairs while we were in escrow (we were the buyers), and got everything finished quickly so as not to delay that process. They are our go-to septic company for sure!

Awesome service! I had to have my tank replaced. Bob's Septic made this such an easy undertaking...I was fearful at how long it would take and of the price. The quote was reasonable and the time it took was so quick. I was so happy with the service and teamwork.
