From the first phone call to ask questions and schedule service until the young man who came to clear my kitchen drain left everything was amazing.
In a bit of a panic with both kitchen sick clog and lots of standing water. Problem was not only solved but changes were made to make draining system more efficient. My husband was a master plumber for many years and he approved of and was impressed by the changes that were made which is a huge compliment from my ""perfect plumber"" husband. Service tech was so nice, efficient and cared about our issue. Oh, and as a bonus, very reasonable cost!

All-around excellent experience! Will be using again and also recommending to anyone looking for a plumbing service. I called at 4pm with slow drains (non-emergency). They scheduled for 1pm the next day but said they would call if anything sooner opened up. I got a call at 830 the next day, Brett was at my house by 9am and was completely done by 1030. My drains have never worked so good. They double checked everything before they left, wore a mask the whole time. Very well priced. Would give 10 stars if I could.

Great service. I called and set up appointment and he showed up on time with everything he needed. The drain was plugged about 45' in so he needed to pull the toilet to run the auger thru. Once the clog was busted thru, he replaced the toilet with a new wax ring and billed for the time he was there. Less expensive than other quotes I had gotten. I have a new ""go to"" plumber. They did a great job for a reasonable price! They worked us into their busy schedule, twice. They snaked several floor drains, repaired a faulty valve, fixed the leaky toilet, and serviced the backflow valve.

I was very impressed with Bob's Rooter Service. Bob and his son came to my house to unclog the shower and bath tub drain. They were quick and professional. Much better prices than the big companies as well. I will use again.

I'm really impressed. They came earlier than expected, did the work better than expected for less than expected - basically, they blew my expectations out the water. I'd recommend them to anyone. They came in, added the cleanout, did a cleanout with a 3' blade, cleaned everything up after themselves and were gone in an hour!

These guys are the BEST. It sucks when something isn't working right at your house, and I hate that uncertainty of calling a stranger and wondering if they're going to show up and scam you because you know nothing about heating/cooling/electric etc etc. But whenever I have a plumbing problem, these are my go-to guys. They are honest, and friendly, and do excellent work. They were quick to get me an appointment, and called before they showed up to say they were on their way. Now if only I could find their equivalent for other fix-it jobs, I'd be set.
