These guys are awesome! Jason -- Bob's kin -- drove from Santa Clarita to Hollywood on a holiday night to help with a leaky faucet that was on the verge of exploding. Total bathroom lifesaver! Will never call anyone besides Bob's again for future plumbing issues. Thanks again, Jason!

Glad we found this plumber. He's local, too. I called 4 plumbers late in the day...around 5:30 PM. Bob's was the only one who said they could have someone come take a look at my non-emergency situation that evening. The others were scheduled to come to give me an estimate the next day.

I had two problems. One problem was much simpler than we expected. Jonathan (from Bob's) took a look at the pipe and basically corrected the problem right there at no charge. Apparently, it was just a loose screw (or something like that).

The second problem was a slow draining sink. Initially, Jonathon thought he just needed to clean out the pipes and garbage disposal, however, the disposal ended up needing to be replaced or removed. We decided to remove it. He provided a fair priced estimate and said he would come back another day to finish fixing the problem.

In the meantime, I continued to get estimates from the other plumbers. Bob's was the most reasonably priced estimate and Jonathan's customer service was excellent. He did all his work on a work blanket. When he was done, he rolled up the blanket and took all his trash/debris out to his van. He left my kitchen clean. He finished the job in 1 hour and invoiced me for the exact estimate.

The process was so smooth. I recommend using Bob's Rooter & Plumbing.

Honestly, a really good plumber, hard working, dedicated to doing the job right. I had them in for a few repairs. They were on time, and did a first rate job. Also, a nice bunch, really went the extra mile to get it right and make me happy. It's nice to see a real professional doing his job. This is no fly-by-night company. It's a Dad(Bob) and son (Shane) and they really take their work seriously. You won't be unhappy with them. They're my plumbers for life!

Bob's grandson, Shane, gave gave me a detailed estimate to replace incoming pipes on my 100 year old house. The price was fair and the estimate included several extras, like securing my gas line and re setting my sprinkler valves more attractively. The work began and was completed the next day. Mat oversaw the work crew with supervision from Shane. Everyone was polite, neat, and professional.
The work was completed after dark, but Shane didn't ask for payment until he returned the next day so that we could both check out the job and the cleanup and trouble shoot water pressure etc.
I am so glad to have found this fine company. It is good to have a company I can trust.

I requested a call on the website on Saturday morning. I was a little anxious, so when I did not get a call in 45 minutes, I called. They told someone would be out in a few hours. Just like they said, Donny showed up and worked 7 hours straight. All plumbing clogged up and needed to be snaked to the street. Donny and Armando came back today (Tuesday) as promiced, installed a clean out valve, poured new cement and finished the job. Luckily it wasn't as big a problem as it could have been. We worked out a payment plan. Easy, super nice, clean and efficient. I found my new plumbing company! I would HIGHLY recommend them without any hesitation.

Just had a great experience with this company. Called around for quotes, they won the bid. :-) scheduled service for our water heater for the next day, but got a call back within 5 minutes because a plumber who was on his way home was willing to come over right then. I have used Bob as our plumber for two years. We have had big problems (redoing our main sewer pipe) to small fixes like a drippy faucet. And whether big or small Bob is there with the correct solution. He takes the anxiety out of the process. Bob and his sons are the best plumbers ever. They are polite, knowledgeable, honest with an incredible work ethic. You will find yourself rubbing your eyes in disbelief--am I dreaming--when you find yourself getting expert, excellent service and the cost is reasonable. I highly recommend them.

I have used the franchise plumbers before, but this time, I chanced upon Bob's company doing an internet search, and was swayed by the customer reviews. I am taking the time to write this -- because I was so pleased with every aspect of their service. From the very friendly and helpful response at the end of the first phone call, to the scheduling of a quick and convenient appointment, to the technician arriving on time! The first time we used them, we had a chronically plugged bathroom drain, which they cleared for about $173. My husband has poured at least that much Drano down the drain in the last five years I have complained about it :-) So happy was I that I brought them back to replace a kitchen faucet that broke. The plumber actually went and picked one out for us at the store and came back and installed it! Beautiful job! I almost wish something else was broken so I could call them again.
