I requested a call on the website on Saturday morning. I was a little anxious, so when I did not get a call in 45 minutes, I called. They told someone would be out in a few hours. Just like they said, Donny showed up and worked 7 hours straight. All plumbing clogged up and needed to be snaked to the street. Donny and Armando came back today (Tuesday) as promiced, installed a clean out valve, poured new cement and finished the job. Luckily it wasn't as big a problem as it could have been. We worked out a payment plan. Easy, super nice, clean and efficient. I found my new plumbing company! I would HIGHLY recommend them without any hesitation.

Just had a great experience with this company. Called around for quotes, they won the bid. :-) scheduled service for our water heater for the next day, but got a call back within 5 minutes because a plumber who was on his way home was willing to come over right then. Jason did a great job and we have hot water tonight! Everyone I talked to on the phone was super friendly (reception and Wayne) and a special thanks to Jason for a great experience! Thank you guys!

I have used Bob as our plumber for two years. We have had big problems (redoing our main sewer pipe) to small fixes like a drippy faucet. And whether big or small Bob is there with the correct solution. He takes the anxiety out of the process. Bob and his sons are the best plumbers ever. They are polite, knowledgeable, honest with an incredible work ethic. You will find yourself rubbing your eyes in disbelief--am I dreaming--when you find yourself getting expert, excellent service and the cost is reasonable. I highly recommend them.

I have used the franchise plumbers before, but this time, I chanced upon Bob's company doing an internet search, and was swayed by the customer reviews. I am taking the time to write this -- because I was so pleased with every aspect of their service. From the very friendly and helpful response at the end of the first phone call, to the scheduling of a quick and convenient appointment, to the technician arriving on time! The first time we used them, we had a chronically plugged bathroom drain, which they cleared for about $173. My husband has poured at least that much Drano down the drain in the last five years I have complained about it :-) So happy was I that I brought them back to replace a kitchen faucet that broke. The plumber actually went and picked one out for us at the store and came back and installed it! Beautiful job! I almost wish something else was broken so I could call them again.

Why am I writing this review?!? Bob's plumbing is amazing. They just left my house after 1 hour and didn't charge me anything. They told me estimates were free and they meant it.

First, I had another popular Yelp plumber come to the house. When I pointed out the strange smell in my kitchen island, he said it was probably mold. Knowing that I had some sort of plumbing issue, I called Bob's Plumbing. Unfortunately, Bob's grandson, Bill (it is family owned) found that my kitchen drain pipe was broken and leaking under the house. Since I have a home warranty policy, I called them and Bill spoke with rep. Since they could send someone to take care of the problem, they would not approve Bob's Plumbing. But if this doesn't work out with warranty (you know how warranties work), I am immediately calling Bob's Plumbing to take care of the job. I just can't say enough about their professionalism.

Bob's did a good job installing my tankless hot water heater, so I started using them for other things. Big mistake! They struggled to install a low-flow toilet (taking 4 hours); later it became obvious they'd installed the seat incorrectly. One unsuccessful fix later, I had to get my contractor in to re-do it. But the worst thing is that--for the four calls I've had since the water heater installation--they are chronically late, calling toward the end of whatever window they gave me to say it's going to be another couple of hours. The fact that I can't be here at whatever time is convenient for them always comes as a shock. Also, it's a family business, so the receptionist can be as snippy and brusque as she wants--she can't be fired.

DO NOT USE BOB'S - HORRIBLE. The guys came out, pretty much detected the obvious with a backup in our place - the solution - spend $16,000 replacing all the pipes - wow. So the said roots were in the line, so i paid them to use thier root cutter ($200) and this was suppossed to come out and fix the backup. Nope. Had them come out again - then they said they needed to replace the pipe to the main street - $4200 - guess i look like Donald Trumph. So i had enough and called another plumber - hi powered cleaning did the trick.

These guys are clueless rookies and are only interested in figuring out how to rip you off.

I interviewed three companies to replace my main sewer line. Bob gave the best assessment (trenchless) and remedy for the repair. The work was flawless, his equipment and technicians were top quality. We are very happy that we hired Bob and will recommend him to all of our friends and family. The price was very fair especially when you consider that he is fully licensed and insured.

Excellent! Plumber for life..

Bob took on a really messed up job from another plumbing company (Schuelke) that I had major problems with & filed a CSLB complaint against & won. It's a testament to Bob's confidence & service that he took this job on - knowing that there were previous problems. Most contractors would shy away from this sort of thing but he didn't - even after knowing the full story. His sons & nephews were courteous, professional and they did an awesome clean-up job in my backyard! They even fixed my tub for free. I am so satisfied with him & his guys that I now have a plumber for life!
