Good service but bad on price. I requested a simple clean out snake job and was told $135ish for a simple job, and then the bill was over $300. I took off/on the toilet myself, they called in another apprentice, and the price went way up. They probably need to explain upfront when ordering services. The cleanout was inaccessible which was explained upfront and why I removed the toilet to begin with.

Used them for yrs then one day out of the blue we were told they couldn't come out as we were 3 miles too far. This was after I made appt. Stayed home all day when they didn't show up I called was told they got busy so set it up for next day called and canceled Drs appt. For them again no show up no phone call from them they just let me sit st home waiting g on them 3rd day is when she told me they decided I lived too far 13 miles. No apology for letting me wait on them for 2 days very rude people.

A hose on our hot water heater started leaking and Jason was able to come out same day and fix the problem for a great price!

We heard gurgling in our toilet. After 10 attempts with plunger, no avail. Several toilets wouldn't drain. Called Bob's, they were booked up but called me several minutes later and they could send someone over. Jason showed up and fixed our problem. What an amazing, nice man!! He fixed our issue, (Backflow preventer) in an hour and done. I WILL call Bob's plumbing in the future for all our needs. Very, very reasonable price. We just moved here from SoCAl. We have met the nicest people in Norman, OK. Thanks Jason and Bob's Plumbing.

I've had many different plumbers over the years, but Bob's is now my favorite. The lady who came out yesterday (I didn't get her name) was easily the most knowledgeable, professional, and patient ever. She fixed a drain issue that had been giving us problems for years that other plumbers had failed to fix. Then, she helped us with our water pressure problems. We were the last customer of the day, but she never got impatient with us. The work was well done and the price was reasonable.

I have seen some of their work and met one of there worker's. Did not get a phone number because I was in a big rush. But come the middle of this month I am going to have them remodel one of my bathrooms.

It was a Sunday afternoon, and I had a water emergency: One of the outside water faucets would not shut off, the valve was broken. I turned off my water at the meter and searched online. Bob's Plumbing in Norman had the best reviews. Within 3 hours, Lowell arrived and replaced the valve. Because of the location, deep within the walls of my kitchen cabinets, he had to lay on his back for about two hours, trying to get the new valve to line up with the existing copper pipe, which had come loose from its mounting brackets. But he persevered, and got the job done right! Extremely professional, he even gave me a 10% military discount, which I did not have to ask for. He cleaned up everything, and put my cabinets back together. Price charged was extremely reasonable for such emergency work done on short notice. There are MANY plumbers here in Norman, but you will be hard-pressed to find any better than people like Lowell, who work for Bob's Plumbing.

I am out of state and needed a plumber in Norman. I called Bob's Plumbing to help my son with an issue he had with his hot water leaking in the laundry room. The receptionist was very friendly and she got someone there right away to fix the problem. I am very impressed and will definitely use them again!

I wanted, not needed, a faucet and garbage disposal installed on a late Saturday night. He called me with an estimate, he showed up on a rainy night, did not dirty up my house and he was very friendly. He did an excellent job, cleaned up after himself and took all the boxes and old disposal/faucet to dispose of for me. I just found my new plumber and I'm going to request him specifically! I would give him a ten star rating if I could!
