These guys have been doing our work for years. Very reliable. Nice people. They just installed 3 replacement 40 gallon water heaters in our attic. Tremendous job. It took a team of 5 guys to pull it off, lots of lifting up multiple flights of stairs. Installation work was perfect. We will never use other plumbers.

Bob's Plumbing came out and moved our downstairs Water Heater. That was fine, but after they left, we found that the upstairs was no longer getting hot water. They came back out, decided that the Water Heater was just too old, wouldn't work and we would have to buy a new one. We got a different plumber out, who figured out in minutes that the problem was that there was not water going into that Water Heater, so it wasn't the device at all. After multiple calls and multiple lies and broken promises, I don't trust them to do anything.

When my Tankless hot water heater stopped working I was referred to Bob's Plumbing. Fortunately that was the best referral I could have ever received under my circumstances. Bob sent out someone to my house immediately to access my problem. Unfortunately, I had to replace my hot water heater, but Bob's service was remarkable.They were very professional in their service and the replacement process and cost was the lowest of his competitors. These guys are fantastic--don't even think twice about booking them for any of your plumbing needs, just do it already. After a couple dead end inquiries with some other local guys about a water heating problem, I called Bob's and they came over promptly to do an evaluation. After quickly diagnosing a dying/leaking water heater, we went through all the possible options, and they gave me a very fair and reasonable quote upfront. No mysterious hidden costs here! They accommodated my complicated schedule in terms of scheduling a date and time, were always polite and friendly on the phone, were here right on time for the job, and finished in under two hours. What more can you ask from your neighborhood water guys?

I needed my garbage disposal repaired and I got a call the same day, and they had someone out to my house the next morning, got there on time and fixed everything I had mentioned. Other than the sound of a cat or dog throwing up, there is nothing quite like the noise of running water that will jolt you out of a deep sleep. I woke up to water not dripping, but POURING from my ceiling. The hot water heater in our attic decided that it was time to die and released every last drop of it's contents over the drip pan and through my ceiling. After cleaning up a huge mess, I called a few friends to get recommendations about a plumber. I wanted to stick with someone that I could trust and that people had first hand experience working with in fixing plumbing issues in their homes. Again and again, Bob's Plumbing, Inc. (Bobsplumbing1.com) was the company that people directed me to check out. I read their numerous reviews (all of which were 5 star) and gave them a call. I spoke with Frank about my hot water heater dying and he answered my many (and probaby redundant) questions and discussed what options were available. He quoted me a VERY competitive price and was able to schedule an installation appointment the following day. Other companies gave me the old ""...well, it could be between this and that, it just all depends..."" and could not commit to even a ballpark price. Not Frank, he was very clear and I knew exactly what to expect. The following day Frank and his crew (Jimmy and Marty) showed up exactly on time and communicated with me via text before they arrived at my home. They were very professional and went through the exact process of what they were going to do in replacing my water heater. The installation took about 2 hours from start to finish and they made sure everything was completely cleaned up before they left. Frank patiently explained my warranty and how to get in touch with them if I had any additional questions or the water heater needed any maintenance. All in all, I can't tell you how much of a relief it was to have the job done properly, at the exact price quoted, and by people that took a lot of pride in their work. Bob's Plumbing is a company that has been in business for over 50 years and now I know why. They did a fantastic job and I will recommend them to anyone that is looking for a licensed plumber. Thanks Frank, Jimmy, and Marty...you guys have me as a customer for life!
