When I read all of the reviews I thought that this is definitely the guy.
I don't know what went wrong but on 05/12/23 I left two messages, one on each of his listed phone numbers with no response. I figured, okay it's a Friday so things must be hectic. Over the weekend I saw that he had an online contact form so I filled that out and anxiously waited until noon on Monday with again no response. If he was too booked to do the job, I understand but what I don't understand is not having the courtesy to call to let me know that I should be looking for someone else.
I was fortunate to find another company that was prompt, professional, and fairly priced so my issue has now been corrected.

Originally, I contacted Bob to replace two outside hose bibs. I found him through Yelp.
He did such a professional job, that I later called him to discuss replacing an old fiberglass shower stall.
I cannot begin to tell you how great he is. He met my very aggressive schedule. He had great suggestions/solutions to our space problems. He did all the work himself. He's conscientious and detailed. I have and will continue to recommend him to anyone in town who needs any plumbing work.

We just bought a house in Billings... moved all the way from Chicago. The second day we were here, our basement flooded up through the floor drain and water began leaking from numerous pipes above. We took a leap of faith and called Bob because of the great Yelp reviews. We were not disappointed!!! I highly recommend him to anyone in need of plumbing repairs. He was punctual, polite and very knowledgeable. He was also very conscious of using drop cloths,etc. to avoid any mess while making the repairs. He solved all of our issues during his service call. He is definitely our go to for any other plumbing needs!!!

I am a 24 year real estate agent and Bob is my #1 go to plumber for all of my clients. He is very professional and is readily available when ever I need him. Bob is honest and has never suggested replacement or repairs on anything that was not absolutely necessary. I trust him 100% and would refer him to all of my clients, friends and family.

I called Bobs Plumbing on Friday and needed a leaking shower valve replaced, drain repaired and roof vent pipe fixed, all because of this winter. Bob said he could be out to Pompeys Pillar Monday afternoon or sooner. Bob asked what brand was the shower valve? I didn't know, but later Friday I took a picture and sent to Bob. At about 9:30 am Monday, Bob called to say he was on his way. Wow he was going to be early. That alone gets 5 stars!

Arrives at 10 am and to my amazement Bob had brought every style of shower valve for our brand. He said didn't want to have to go back to town so he brought them all. Nice. The valve was cracked and also stuck in place because of calcium. No a problem for Bob. Very carefully sprayed lubricant and slowly worked the valve out.

Next the vent pipe was installed incorrectly from new. The roof hole was not in line with pipe, so up on the roof goes Bob, recuts the hole, glues pipe in place, re silicones flashing to metal roof and screws it back in place correctly.

Then I ask if he had time to install 2 water filters. Bob says no problem.

Thank you Bobs plumbing for all the jobs you did today! We are very pleased with your work and positive attitude. Will call Bobs again when we have plumbing issues. Highly recommend.
