I've been living in hell for the last 3 1/2 years. Bobs plumbing is one of the most professional companies I've ever dealt with. Mr. Blosser came every day to check on the job. The girls in the office are very professional. The guys on the field are very professional. I had doubled Christians and Frank other knownwise monk.Monk is my hero also. What a pleasure to deal with a company that has friendly, skilled technicians, responds promptly to your needs and charges a fair price for the work done. I had a mystery leak resulting in massive water bills and they were the only ones who could locate and repair it. I would never consider using any other plumbing company. I have complete confidence in Ross, John and Kenny (the leak whisperer) for all future plumbing needs.

Ignore the nasty receptionist who answers the phone, these guys are very good. Mark is exceptional and as nice as the receptionist is mean. I've used them for years and their prices are fair and they come quickly . Once you get past the phone, you won't regret that you've called them

Bloody rude and defensive, nothing is their fault. They left me with a leaning toilet which they claim is not their issue. never so they not have an excuse for someone not being able to come out to your house. They over charge. Never an apology or professional conversation.

I used Bob's for a major job (and then a few smaller jobs) and they were wonderful. The price was reasonable, their workers very personable and knowledgable and they completed the job well and in timely fashion. Another plus for the gringos in the community is that they all spoke English! My experience with construction and repair companies in this area has been pretty dismal, so to give a 5 star rating really means something; I highly recommend them.

I'm surprised by the negative comments on here. This company has been hands down the best plumbing company we've worked with. We've had them come out to our home various times for multiple issues. They are always responsive, prompt, and fix the issue perfectly. The guys that have come to help us out have been beyond nice and helpful. I highly recommend them.

My shower pan was leaking and it was damaging my wood floors. After months of inspections the only ones that identified the issue and fixed it was Bob's Plumbing. John and his team did a fantastic job. They identified the problem, were honest and realistic with what needed to be done to fix it, and met their commitment to get the job done. I am extremely pleased with the job Bob's did for me. I had a major plumbing job to do and I consulted with no less than 6 plumbers. Bob's offered to do MUCH more work for me than anybody else, provided better quality materials, and in a city where people try and cheat you, they came in at an incredibly fair price and never wavered. They started the 4 day project right away and came every day for the full day. I never had a problem getting ahold of them, in fact they sent me progress updates, and they never tried to nickel and dime me for anything. I was really getting stressed out over this project until I found Bob's. Also, I was able to communicate with them in my preferred language. Thanks Adam, Jim, and the rest of the crew that treated my house so well. I will be referring them lots of business.
