I have included the links to my Ring Doorbell which shows the workman's arrival and departure. Bob's Plumbing billed for 3 hours at $130 an hour. I should have only been billed for 1 hour and 45 minutes and feel that I have been overcharged by $161. The videos showing the elapsed time of the workman's arrival and departure was 2 hours and 16 minutes. As part of that time, the workman had to go to the shop/store to pick up the part that was needed for the repair. Bob's plumbing was aware of the part needed before the workman came out. The workman said that that part was used for the prior customer that day and that is why he had to go retrieve that same part. The time it took for him to pick up that part was 35 minutes. In addition to the overcharge on time, the prices charged for the materials used were twice the price that Kohler, Home Depot and Lowes charge. A hose bib was replaced when all that was needed was a gasket. The repairman took 4 days to return to reverse the valve that was installed backwards. Had a clogged sewer pipe with a very difficult access and impossible to snake properly. The job required three trips and some creative thinking, but I was very happy with the service. I've interacted with three different plumbers and I thin the owner or manager and all were a pleasure to work with - straight forward and knowledgeable + they were on time - every time! That hasn't happened for me in Miami yet. I will definitely be using them again.

We used this company for total pipe replacement in our home. This was from the inside all the way to the city line outside. Not only were they very professional and quick but they also passed inspection with flying colors. The price was comparable to others. Definitely recommend them.

I used Bob's for a major job (and then a few smaller jobs) and they were wonderful. The price was reasonable, their workers very personable and knowledgable and they completed the job well and in timely fashion. Another plus for the gringos in the community is that they all spoke English! My experience with construction and repair companies in this area has been pretty dismal, so to give a 5 star rating really means something; I highly recommend them.

After receiving a $700 water bill, we had Bob's come out for a look at the problem, which was a leak somewhere in the main line from the meter to the house. They detected the leak, dug it up, and fixed it for a very fair price. Another company had wanted to replace the whole line, which was going to require trenching through my yard and driveway. Bob's saved the day, and saved me many thousands! So glad I called them for a second estimate.
