I'm surprised by the negative comments on here. This company has been hands down the best plumbing company we've worked with. We've had them come out to our home various times for multiple issues. They are always responsive, prompt, and fix the issue perfectly. The guys that have come to help us out have been beyond nice and helpful. I highly recommend them.

My shower pan was leaking and it was damaging my wood floors. After months of inspections the only ones that identified the issue and fixed it was Bob's Plumbing. John and his team did a fantastic job. They identified the problem, were honest and realistic with what needed to be done to fix it, and met their commitment to get the job done. I highly recommend John and his team to get the job done!

I am extremely pleased with the job Bob's did for me. I had a major plumbing job to do and I consulted with no less than 6 plumbers. Bob's offered to do MUCH more work for me than anybody else, provided better quality materials, and in a city where people try and cheat you, they came in at an incredibly fair price and never wavered. They started the 4 day project right away and came every day for the full day. I never had a problem getting ahold of them, in fact they sent me progress updates, and they never tried to nickel and dime me for anything. I was really getting stressed out over this project until I found Bob's. Also, I was able to communicate with them in my preferred language. Thanks Adam, Jim, and the rest of the crew that treated my house so well. I will be referring them lots of business.

Ours is an older house with pipes and plumbing from the 40s. We had a pipe break and leak water under the house. We called Bobs Plumbing to come out. Unfortunately, our problem was much bigger than a simple leaking pipe....we needed to redo the entire plumbing in the house! But with such old pipes, we knew this day was coming. They were very thorough going through all the piping under the house and in the walls. They even showed us the pipes that were bad. They explained everything very well and were always completely professional. Where they had to break open walls to access the pipes, they also fixed the walls afterward. They always cleaned after themselves and didn't complain when I asked quite a few questions about plumbing. They made sure when they left for the day that we still had water to get us through the night. And for everything they had to do, they gave us a very reasonable price. I cannot recommend Bobs Plumbing enough! They were excellent and didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need or try to take advantage of us. Big time thanks to Bobs and their plumbers Adam, Philip and Silvio!! They're the best!

Amazing, old fashioned customer service They are on time ,efficient and extremely pleasant. More importantly for me, they actually spoke English! A couple of hours after the plumber left I noticed another area was leaking - turns out the new valve cover was faulted, One call and another plumber was out in 10 mins to fix the problem. I would have no hesitation recommending them to my friends and neighbors and will use them again in the future

If you need a reliable plumber & a quick diagnosis to your plumbing issues this is definitely the company to call! They're an example of what every business should be like. I've used them twice now & was compelled to write this review. They're timely, efficient & kind. What surprised me the most is they even help you with the clean up. You would never know that a repair even occurred because they put everything back pristinely! No need to go anywhere else for your plumbing needs.

Horrible BUT HORRIBLE experience with this company, We have dealt with them for 2 years and they caused nothing but problems in one of our properties in the westchester area. PLEASE DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM. their President and PLUMBER CONMAN John E Blosser, just wants your money in advance not to fix any of your problems but to create new ones and really BIG ONES. After they just destroyed our backyard ( to pressure me to pay them more money ) to the tune of $7k more than the $3k we already paid months back this was a total SCAM, but is fine as we will seek legal avenues to bring them DOWN whenever they less expect it. We are also reporting them with the bbb as companies like this are the ones that prey on honest people with PLUMBING issues and they simply take avanish of the TRUST we place in them, in the name of an IMAGE he sells very well OF BEING a FAMILY own business with over 60 years in the community and many unhappy customers. We were very naive by paying him in advance when they mislead us 100% by changing something that was never an issue in the property WE WERE SCAMED 100% DO NOT BECOME ANOTHER VICTIM contact me if you want to help us go after them and MAKE THEM PAY.

After receiving a $700 water bill, we had Bob's come out for a look at the problem, which was a leak somewhere in the main line from the meter to the house. They detected the leak, dug it up, and fixed it for a very fair price. Another company had wanted to replace the whole line, which was going to require trenching through my yard and driveway. Bob's saved the day, and saved me many thousands! So glad I called them for a second estimate.
