Wish I would have read these reviews before I let this incompetent jerk in my home. Had a very similar experience as the first victim. The first day they also left for an hour or so to ""get parts"" and his employee also cut her finger. I was billed for every second of that day. I also had to walk them through troubleshooting a problem with the project, so much for ""master electrician"". I did this from my bed where I was using my oxygen concentrator since I am disabled. They were going to need to come back to finish the project and said it would be a couple of weeks so we exchanged numbers and agreed to schedule something later. 5 days later they show up unannounced and continued the project. This included another trip for ""parts"". Again I was charged for every second. When they were done there was a problem with a porch light that was due to his work. On the day he was supposed to come back to fix it I received a call from him. He was going to come out if I wanted him to but I was going to have to pay for it. At this point I said something very rude to him and hung up. BEWARE!

Terrible service... this is a joke very unprofessional wouldn't even waste my time calling them. They charged me a service call for $75 dollars just to tell me to watch a YouTube video on how to fix it myself. They told me to just go drive and get the parts from another town. They were here for roughly 10 minutes and didn't do any work and charged me a service call of $75.

Work was OK....nothing special....very expensive....works hourly....
BEWARE....negotiate a price before having him do any work....
It took him almost 8 hours to do about 2-3 hours worth of work, he disappeared twice, once at lunch for over an hour, said he needed parts, and of course billed me....and later in the day for about 20minutes for more parts.Then billed me for 8 hours, for 7 hours and 20min, from when he came until he said he was finished.....He came 10 minutes late and billed me for the full hour anyway, and took him 20 minutes to get started.he messed up hooking up the hot and cold water and charged me to fix his mistake. Then he gave me $30.00 off, as if he was doing me a big favor...and rudely told me never to call him again....
SO BE CAREFUL....!!!
