We moved into an old farmhouse that has lots of deferred maintenance. Our toilet has pooped out twice now and Widdy & his partner have done the repair both times. In each case I received numerous texts with reminders and to let me know they were on their way. They arrived incredibly promptly both days and solved the problem within 30 minutes. Widdy even adjusted the toilet knob to flush to my preference. Who knew that was an option?! They are professional and very kind. I'm also impressed with how quickly Bob's Plumbing has been able to get out to us. I believe it's a family owned business and you can tell they care about quality.

Bob's Plumbing and Drain and was fast, professional and helpful. My first call into them was answered by a 'real' person and I was given an appointment time/date within 3 days. They went above and beyond to get ready for my appointment. They fixed a leak to my washing machine and repaired my garbage disposal inside of replacing it. Helped me save money. I recommend them highly.

CAUTION!!!!!! NEVER USE Bob's Plumbing. He came 4 hrs early while I was gone. I agreed he could go in an fix my slow draining kitchen sink and replace the garbage disposal (I purchased). I agreed he could go inside without me there. MISTAKE!!!! He called me and yelled at me about using ""draino"" and that the garbage disposal I purchased was junk (purchased at Costco). I returned home, to a huge bill for $325.00 to unclog my drain and hook up MY garbage disposal. He NEVER communicated this to me, nor do I know how long he was at my house. He took my bath towels to clean up the water and put the soaked towels in my garage in a pile. I've spoke to his wife, Jenelle Beane about my experience. She was rude and threatened to charge me an additional $30.00 late fee if I didn't put the check in the mail today. The services were rendered on 9/25 and today is 10/10...definItely not late. CUSTOMER SERVICE & PRICE is HORRIBLE.]

Unreliable and Overpriced

I called and scheduled an appointment- stayed home from work to make sure the plumber could access the house etc, and the plumber did not show between the designated scheduled time, no phone call to say they would be late. We called them and they said the plumber would come later in the day (again stayed home from work the rest of the day) He did not come at the second scheduled time either, again no call to say the plumber would not be coming, I had to call them AGAIN. When the plumber finally did come days later there was no apology for not coming on the scheduled day or failing to call and notify me of the change. The plumber did a fine job on the work but it was twice the price of other local plumbers. Do yourself a favor and book Western Plumber they are reliable and reasonably priced.

Came out twice, didn't fix all the issues and wanted to charge a third trip charge to complete. Poor service, then Bob gets upset with me over the phone. Wouldn't recommend.

My water heater went out. I called Bob's Plumbing and Drain that morning. He came out the same day. We thought it was the thermo coupler since the unit is ten years old and has never gone out in the five years I have lived here. He replaced that, but it still was not lighting. Turned out to be the safety switch which is $150 part. He charged me $104 to replace thermo coupler, which I was o.k. with since it had never been replaced and was pretty charred looking. He left to see if he could find a safety switch on another unit, found one, came back within the hour, replaced that and didn't charge me a penny more. Great Service! Thank you Bob!
