unprofessional, left work early for a 2pm appt for water heater installation. he arrived 30 minutes late and then said that his supplier is 30 minutes away and it would be too late to do and he'd have to charge me OT after 5pm. so it's Friday afternoon and I'm screwed. He said he doesn't like to work weekends either. What a waste of my time. I called another plum6and they came sat morning and did an excellent job and for less . I'd never use this guy!
