My landlord hired bobs instant plumbing and let me tell you they came into my home and the one guys legit gave this company a bad name they legit yelled at me in my home I rent and up to date on rent in front on my 2 year old daughter all bc he told my landlord he could come back to do the job and said he would be here until 1030 at night running his power tools and I was like that doesn't work for me because I have young children one of them is in school and would need sleep and he was like well I can be here until 10:30 pm and nothing you can do about that and saying stop being annoying I will leave it like this if you keep it up all because i wad like i have kids and they need sleep and he was just so rude and yelling at me so i was like i have rights as a tennat and you can work until 10:30 fine but then my landlord needs to put me and my kids in a place where we have access to a bathroom and a quiet place for my kids to get rest. So I had to call the health department and working hours are from 7am to 4 if they are still here at four to call and he will deal with them also I stepped out and my boyfriend was in the bedroom door shut he didn't hear the door and one of the plumbers answered my door and let this person in not knowing who they where and not to mention they where talking shit about me to this person not realizing she was my mother she also heard the rude guy say it doesn't have to be perfect just get it done. But they need to look in to their employees because some of them are giving the place a bad name and I personally wouldn't want to hire someone to come into my home to be yelled at degraded Infront of my kids. And I wouldn't give them one star but to be able to post this I had no choice.

these are awful plumbers scam artist steal your money dont do the work , put in the wrong plumbing sawed into my shower job half done took to court won judgement still havent paid i had to hire another plumber to come in and fix his horrific job

Dave at Bob's instant plumbing was phenomenal. he was super helpful, courteous and made time for us in his very busy schedule. we were without water because our well jet pump stopped working. he replaced it all for us including our pressure tank and all lines. great job and I highly recommend!

Terrible service and rude workers. The office staff alters bills to charge more. Do not use this service.

Bobs plumbing jettisoned my sewer pipe without camera first, left a receipt telling me they messed something up and I should probably pay the $250 to have camera run, come back home like 2weeks later from vacation to a hole in my backyard. Called and complained. No resolution or offer to repair. Had rotor rooter fix problem , calling my lawyer.

Worst scheduler ever, ""I'll be there Thursday at 8am"" nope....Friday at 8....nope, Monday afternoon....nope. I don't know if they are good plumber but they can't schedule a service call at all. It was my first time using them.....it will also be my last!
