In 1990, Bob Pfeil launched Bob's Grading, driven by a vision and a classic 1958 Ford tractor. At that time, the goal was to finance his studies at the University of Wisconsin Whitewater. After graduating with a BBA from UWW, Bob continued to develop his grading business. He ventured into hardscaping, including paver patios and retaining walls, and became an expert in drainage correction. This evolution has positioned Bob's Grading Inc. as a leading contractor in Wisconsin's grading and landscaping industry.
