I talked to Chris about my plumbing issue he was very helpful and had his worker Brian call me and tried to assist me via phone for free. No company out there these days would give you free advise. Anyway it was something I couldn't fix he showed up got the problem fixed great job guys!

The plumber let us know on Friday that he would be to our salon shortly, this was at 6:45 p.m. TWO HOURS later (8:45p.m.) he arrived. It's never taken me two hours to drive around Tacoma. He explained to us (sort of) what he would need to do to hook up our utility sink. We had to provide him with a pen and paper so that he could right down the tools he needed. I don't know how plumbers work but as a hairstylist, if I'm making a house call I know what to take with me to get the job done. So he said that he would return on Saturday between 4:30 and 5:00. It's Sunday and my sink still isn't hooked up. I'm not sure if he got lost on the way back to our shop or not but we haven't heard from him. My husband and co worker think that I may have scared him off when I started asking him if he was licensed and stating the fact that it needed to be a professional job because we are regularly inspected by the state for safety and sanitation.

Unreliable, did not come when they said they would. When they finally set a date, the crew showed up a half day late and the other half showed up a day late. Very disorganized, unprofessional, and did not know the plumbing code. They installed one vent fitting upside down. They installed another vent system to low above the floor. I had to redo the work myself to pass code. I would never use them again. I cannot recommend them. Stay away.

I contacted Chris at Bobcat via a Craigslist ad for a licensed plumber to fix a leak under my kitchen sink to the cold water inlet. The minimum time is 2 hrs charge so I asked that a new dishwasher also be hooked up after the leak repaired. Thursday the plumber, Bryan hooked up the dishwasher after replacing some piping to the hot water inlet to hookup the dishwasher. He had to go to Home Depot for parts as they carry none on them. The piping was old so he believed this must be the leak. The leak was from cold water as I said and visible if you turn the sink on. Friday I called back because sink leak and dishwasher was leaking at inlet and the same plumber came out and simply tightened everything under the sink as well as the cold water valve after realizing he had not fixed the leak. He said if it kept leaking to call. While he was in driveway ready to leave I turned on water to test and it was visibly dripping under sink. Husband ran out to tell him and he said he would need to replace part of piping next day. Bobcat plumbing called Saturday to say I would be allowed to only pay for 1 hour instead of 2 hr minimum. Explained to dispatcher that this is the original leak I called for which was never even looked at on Thursday and then tightened on Friday. He continued on to argue with me that this was a new leak and never touched by their plumber. He got plumber on phone and both stated I was getting a deal only being charged for 1 hour since it's a continuation of same work. I explained this was reason for plumber to come originally, I didn't need them to install a dishwasher. This was only added to fill their 2 hr minimum time slot but plumber spent 2 hrs going to store for parts and putting in dishwasher instead of fixing leaky pipe. The dispathcher actually told plumber to come undo all work he had done if I wanted. At this point I told them I would find another plumber. The plumber was nice but not very skilled. Dispatcher was argumentative. You'll end up calling another plumber if you do use them.

I've never written a Yelp review, but wanted to warn people away from this business. This is the most unresponsive and unprofessional business I've ever dealt with. I had an afternoon appointment set up; when it got to be late afternoon, and no one had arrived, I tried to call and was directed to try texting. When I texted, someone said they'd check on it. I ended up sending several more texts asking if/when someone was still coming, and got the following responses: ""K"", ""Yes"", ""One moment please"" and ""one sec."" I asked 3 times for someone to please call me; no one ever did, that day or the next.

We do not recommend doing business with this company. The owner Chris advised the charge was $75/hr but sent a worker out with an assistant who cost an additional $20/hr so it cost $95/hr, the work was shoddy and not a quality job. Owner refused to come out and resolve the issue and we were charged almost $500 for nothing as the leak was made worse and became more like a river by the time the work was done. We are still awaiting a reply from Chris the owner about a refund. As the saying goes, you live and learn. So learn from our mistake.
