After several attempts to correct a plumbing problem (Including other plumbing companies), Tracy Harp from Bobby's Plumbing showed up. He diagnosed and corrected the problem. It takes years to establish a list of good vendors. Tracy has just been added to my special list.

They did finish the job,but... they left us with several black/grease marks on our rug. I'm not sure they needed two guys for a one man job other than to double the laboratory costs. We will NOT be using Bobbys plumbing again.

Was told that they could not do warranty work on a unit they did not install. They were, however, on the manufacturer's list of companies who were vetted to do warranty work, and the manufacturer assured me that I could choose any company from the list they gave me. I called another plumber to perform the warranty work, and that company was also befuddled at the response I got from Bobby's. Perhaps that is just the decision of the company. A customer has been lost, however.

Bobby's showed up on time with all the parts needed to get the job done. Their own employee (licensed plumber) did the work, not a 3rd party guy, so the compnay stands by the work done. They have a showroom that carries all the quality brands so I was able to pick out the toilet, sink and fixtures I wanted. Relable and competent.

Hayden came and fixed a leaking bathtub and connected my refrigerator and dishwasher to water. He was very knowledgeable, polite and communicated the situation well. I appreciated his enthusiasm for his work! He was fast and responsive to my questions. The experience was terrific from the first phone call to completion of services. I will definitely use them for all my plumbing needs!

Had a leak in our laundry room. Bobby's sent two guys out. Rather than pull the washer away from the wall and inspect, they borrowed a step ladder to look behind the washer. They ran a partial cycle and concluded that it was not a plumbing issue and that the washer's drain was malfunctioning. They were there for about 20 minutes and charged $100. We called Shawn Zink to look at the washer. He pulled the washer out from the wall and did a thorough inspection. He told us that it was a plumbing problem and that the washer was fine. The drain hose had a crack in it. He fixed it himself for $85. I called Bobby's twice to explain to them our experience. The receptionist took down the details and said we would be hearing from their service manager. Never heard from them. Terrible customer service.

We had a big problem that couldn't wait til the next day. Called Bobby's plumbing and spoke to John, who was very nice on the phone. He promised someone would get there around 4, and called again to let me know the time exactly. A nice young man showed right on time and discovered the problem and took care of it promptly. He discovered a broken pipe and we will be calling tomorrow to have it fixed. We are new here so finding help on short notice was amazing. We were very pleased to deal with such prompt, pleasant, professional people.
