I called Bobby Van, and spoke with a receptionist or someone who answered the phone. I asked to speak with Bobby Van. I was told he wasn't available, but she would take a message and he would get back to me as quickly as he can. I'm still waiting. It's been over a week. If you need a fast call back, call someone else.

I've used Bobby Van's about 3-4 times the past few years alone. And this was after using 2 of the Big name chain companies. They don't compare. All the Chain companies do is try to upsell you, and make you worried if you don't take their suggestions. Bobby Van's are reliable, dependable, friendly, and they've done the job right early time I've used them. Each visit ""Mark"" has serviced us, and he was personable and down to earth. With these guys you'll get your issue resolved, and you can actual feel confident you won't get ripped of financially.

Can't say enough good things about this business and in particular Mark. They are honest and straight to the point.
