We needed out gas hot water tank replaced because pilot light would not stay lit. Called Bobby L. Green and a service manager came out. He explained the problem and suggested a tankless system which would lower the cost of heated water in our large home. We agreed to replace the system and are very satisfied with the new tankless system. The installation crew was very polite and efficient. Thank you Arec Wilkerson and crew.

I was in Plano TX on Friday 11/24 when at 9:45 p.m., my alarm company notified me of an alarm at my home in Shreveport, and they told me there was no activity on any of the cameras. I asked them not to dispatch the police and called my good neighbor, Mark. He was already at my front door when he answered, and he gave me a distressing play-by-play as he walked in, following a flowing sound to the master bath. The carpet was like a sponge in the bedroom, and he found standing water in the bathroom. I asked him to turn off the water (which he quickly did) and to lock up the house.
On my way back to Shreveport the next day (Saturday), I contacted State Farm and ServPro to start the cleanup as soon as I could meet them at the house. I only got the answering services at the first few plumbers I could find.
On the recommendation of an old friend who used to run a Mechanical Contracting company, I called Bobby L. Greene plumbing early Monday morning and was surprised when they told me they could have someone at my house before lunch!
A very pleasant and experienced plumber named Aric Wilkerson showed up a little after 10:00 a.m. and quickly diagnosed the problem, finding a small leak that was somewhere in a hot water loop from the manifold in the closet to a lavatory on the other side of the bathroom. Aric was very knowledgeable about B. L. Greene's capability, and he explained a lump sum option offered by his company to locate and fix the actual leak no matter how long it took - he told me he could have one of the company's specialists at my house possibly the next day. He also patiently explained other services offered by his company.
Early the next morning, Jesse Bradford showed up to begin work. He pinpointed the leak, and with the help of his apprentice Austin, tried to thread a smaller PEX line through the line, but was unsuccessful. He contacted his office and had the proper materials delivered, and they ran the PEX overhead through the attic, insulated it, and were finished around 3:30 p.m. All this was done for a little less than what the job would have cost me if I paid the hourly rate. GREAT JOB!
Everyone I interacted with at Bobby L. Greene Plumbing was knowledgeable, courteous, respectful, and super cooperative. I would recommend these people to anyone.
Who you gonna call?!

I called Bobby Green, and left two messages. I'm still waiting
for someone to call me back-that was 3 years ago!

Always the best. I hate plumbers prices but at least I know it's done right and stand behind the work they do. Don't call anyone else.

We just moved Into a new house with multiple issues they came out did the simple ones. Said they be back for an estimate no show after multiple calls. Now it's Sunday and the toliets are flooding last night the washer flooded. I can't us any water in the house with out causing a flood. And really I may be new in town but 600$ to install a faucet and garage disposal that was pre-wired. Ridiculous. I am not happy . I would not recommend them at all.

Never called back to schedule a plumber!!!!!I will never call them for an emergency again

I gave this company a call because I had a leak somewhere in my bathroom wall. I though it was fixed previous when I used a different company. That was not the case. Both men who fixed my drain were professional and respectful. I received a courtesy call letting me know they were on the way. The office personnel were pleasant to speak with. The price was fair and it was cheaper than I thought. I highly recommend this company. They even do bathroom and kitchen remodels.

I'n not usually one to leave reviews, but everyone at Bobby L. Greene did a phenomenal job installing a sink in an office space where two other companies said ""it couldn't be done"". They did an incredible job and I would highly recommend this company. Over and out!

On Friday, one of Bobby L Greene's people allegedly fixed a drainage problem we had in the kitchen. When the problem continued, we called and were informed that you do not warranty the work. We called another plumbing company, which found TWO large clogs that the kid Greene sent out missed. Giglio fixed the problem cheaper, with a 30 day warranty. Bobby L. Greene ripped us off for almost $150.

I have done business with Bobby Green Plumbing before and had good service. but it would not recommend this company to anyone now. I had a plumbing emergency. I needed my water turned off and know how to do it myself and have a key, but the shut off valve was stuck. so when I called the company I called during normal business hours. I asked them to come turn off the water and we could set a appointment to fix the leak. I was told that I would be charged after hour rates. Well Mr. Green Plumbing, you have lost me as a customer. and I wasted valuable time calling you. and I will be paying after hours rates but it wont be to your company. That is one unique way of making a extra dollar.
