Not really sure which office/location sent the representative but Fernando responded to my home for a fireplace/gas line issue. Fernando was extremely helpful and went well beyond what was asked of him to help me with a solution to my problem. Will definitely be calling upon them for all my plumbing needs.

Updated review 10-4-18 -We contacted Bobby Blue again . Dwight installed our tankless water heater. He knew exactly what to do when he arrived. I felt comfortable knowing he was handling our install after talking to him. He specializes in tankless water heaters and any technical question I asked he knew the answer. Dwight made sure I was happy when the job was completed. I recommend this company to my Mom &without hesitation she had Dwight install a tankless water heater at her house the next day. Dwight removed her old 50 gallon tank water heater and replaced it with a Noritz tankless water heater and added a pre-filter. While installing my Mom's tankless he explained the retrofit and how easy it was. I learned about top mounted water connections, 1/2 gas line and ventilation. Dwight is a super smart guy. Thank you again Bobby Blue for hiring the best plumbers. I will attach photos of my install & my Mom's install. I recommend this company again and again!

Jimmy from Bobby Blue Plumbing was great. He showed up right on time got straight to work and found the problem in minutes. He also was very honest by telling me that the problem would most likely be the city's problem even tho it was still on my property, for free. He called the city and set everything up for them to come out. They were there within the hour and fixed the problem and it got done for free. I really appreciate him doing that, it saved us thousands of dollars that we couldn't afford. I would recommend Bobby Blue Plumbing and especially jimmy to anyone.

My shower started backing up and oh my gosh HELP!! Called Bobby blue plumbing and they came out , and cleared the drain
They put a camera down the pipe and found that it was starting to deteriorate. He also showed me the pictures of the pipe on camera.
The technician gave me a price and a quote to get the pipe fixed. They came out and fixed the pipe and I was only down for five hours without water or sewer. They did an excellent job on the pipe and cleaning up all the debris
