My main water shut-off valve broke and our home had no water. I've tried couple of highly rated different plumber companies around but the response time was too long and don't seem to care much. Contacted Bobby without much expectation BUT Bobby listened and explained what needed to be done step by step - I didn't know I had to call water company to come out to shut off the valve outside home. Had real trouble scheduling with water company from early morning to late afternoon.
Amazingly, Bobby AND even his son Anthony (did facetime to check on the type of valves to be replaced) separately called me 3 & 2 times each while waiting for the water technician to show up (waited over 6 hours) to check on the status - while they were working on other jobs. No other plumbers ever called me back.
Bobby came over even it was already after 4pm when water company came.
When Bobby showed up with his assistance Henry, Bobby is loud (ha ha), funny AND you can tell immediately that he is super experienced and knowledgeable.

1. Assistent Henry did an excellent job end-to-end - Absolutely Exceptional!
Main shut-off valve was located in very tight place with no room to maneuver but Henry made it work - with guidance from Bobby. No hesitation/delay at all. They just knew exactly what needed to be done.
2. Absolutely NO BS - many other repair companies/technicians tries to scare you and add up more repairs or some kind of sales pitch that ends up to be very expensive. Bobby is just straight forward. Just worked on ONLY parts that needed to be replaced/repaired.
3. Bobby really cares for your well-being : ""Bobby: Having water in your house is the top priority"". I really think he sincerely meant it. You can tell he is a family man too.
4. He carried the latest available (expensive) tools to make the repair clean and FAST. No waste of time all. I was quite amazed.
5. Bobby/Henry did more than I've expected and felt really comfortable which is unusual.
6. Now, the cost? Absolutely reasonable!! SERIOUSLY!!

It was really inconvenient (headache) not to have running water in the house for about 20 hours BUT Bobby really made my day happy at the end.

I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND BOBBY ALOI PLUMBING & HEATING TO ANYONE!!

Aloi Plumbing & Heating is an excellent business. My law firm needed our office water heater replaced and some repair on our office-kitchen sink. The team at Aloi was responsive, professional, courteous and got the job done promptly and at a fair price. Great communication and 100% professional and punctual. They even cleaned up after themselves to the point where nobody on my staff even knew they had been there (earlier in the morning) doing the repairs. We had a gas leak in our basement. I emailed Vincent at 8pm and had a response within the hour. The next day they were here, found the 2 leaks and fixed them in a few hours. Talked us through everything and made the process super easy.

Our water heater leaked and they came out the same day and put a new water heater in and quickly removed the old one .we were very pleased with how quickly they came out and replaced our water heater. We highly recommend this company!!

Needed a gas pipe moved. Came one day to give me a free estimate, came back the next day and did the job. The job ended up being a little difficult, but they still did it for a fair price. Very personable and nice people.

They were prompt and contacted me quickly.
They was extremely helpful. Gave me good advice.
Told me of my options and what was the best course of action. Didn't UPSALE other services.
The price was reasonable.
I would call on them for future jobs and HIGHLY RECOMMEND them.

I have asked this company to provide me with the receipt on the job they did at my house, for some strange reason, they haven't done that, I don't even know with there's any warranty on the job they did.
