Bob Wilmot Hydro Mechanical is THE BEST. We had a hydro mechanical issue with a basement sewer pump that this company fixed years ago. They were efficient & professional. Explains the work so you know what's going on. I can happily report that years later his work lasted without ever having a single issue. Short story: We moved into a new house, the maintanance company for the well came and did a routine check on the system. A month later we did a water test with another company that told me the softener is not working; indeed the salt level did not go down. He tried to make the other company look bad by saying that the softener is bypassed, he did that himself. I called the first company they came and told me that the top part of the softener is so old and has to be replaced.
It s a long story but I will shorten it: today Bob came and said that the parts of the softener just have to be cleaned. It took him 15 minutes to do that and we could cancel our order for a new softener.
The first company was not able to see that doing theirr maintance check 2 times? They tried to either make money or are too stupid to know what they are doing.
