DO NOT USE THEM. I called them for a quote to try and find out if they could fix a hot water problem at my business. They couldn't identify the problem and still sent me a bill for $150 when the guy was there for 10 minutes at the most. Threatened to go to court when I talked to them about the charge. Way overpriced and horrible service.

Professionalism, responsibility, taking care of the work site. Bob Usry was my plumber in Norman and now they are my plumber in OKC.

Their work is exemplary. Not only in coming out on time. Having great customer interactions. And doing the work quickly and very well. But also when it comes to cleaning up the site after the job is done.

It does cost ten more dollars to have a truck come up here. $59 instead of $49. However, paying for their gas is more than worth the service.

I've trusted this company for a long time, because every time I've needed plumbing work they have provided the same level of service and the jobs have always gotten done, done well, done in a timely fashion, done with care and great customer service.

WASTEDS MY DAY OFF!!! Someone was going to come out in there 3 hour window and call me before they came out. The 3 hour window came and went and no call. I called office and they assured me he was on his way and would be there any second. Also said they had called me which they had not. So 45 min. pass and no show or call. I call back and then they say oh were having problems with the truck and it will be another hour and a half before we can come out which will now be 5:00. Never called me to tell me there having problems or going to be late. So even if they did come out they couldn't fix my problem that day. I am sure they use the broke down truck excuse a lot. Wasted my day off waiting around and no not even an apology.

I called them to install a shut off valve on a hvac humidifier. We are new in the community and were looking to find local businesses to use. They charged me $269 to install a shut off valve and $149 for limited access (it was behind a water softener in a large closet in the garage). Plus they charged $39.99 service charge. I knew the price before he began the work and agreed to it. What I didn't know is that it was a 30 minute job. Total charge was $457.99 for half an hour of work. They did a sufficient job but I will not recommend them or call them again. I feel they completely overcharged me.

I've got a backed up sewer main at my house. I've had it cleaned out before and it's a 15 to 20 minute job. Bob Usry has gone to a flat rate for a variety of service and they wanted to charge me $308.00 for this. No thank you. I'll call some other companies!

Did a great job! Plus, they totally vindicated me to my wife :) Replaced two bathtub spouts quickly, cleanly, and professionally. I was impressed and will definitely call them next time I screw up the plumbing in my house!

I had a clogged commode. I called, they came and quickly resolved the issue. Being I was beig charged 75 bucks for everything they could fix in an hour, I had them run the snake down all my commodes. I do wish I would have thought to have them bring the part to resolve a running toilet issue. If I were to do it again, I'd have a laundry list and let them fix stuff for one hour.
The tech was nice and quick about getting things done. If I had one little complaint it would be that I'd have appreciated his putting the end of the snake in a bucket to keep it from dripping on my floors. Overall, well done.

Wonderful experience with Usry to repair/replace a leaky bathroom faucet. Erin was excellent and explained that the faucet was beyond repair. She gave a recommendation on a good replacement available to buy at a local hardware store (or buy the same for a considerable retail markup from them). I was able to buy the faucet myself and have Erin come back the next day to install. Trip fee and install came to $288 total, not too bad. I appreciate the honesty on the price of the faucet - it was a considerable savings to purchase it myself. I would definitely recommend Bob Usry Plumbing!

Had kitchen sink clogged and couldn't run dishwasher for a month when another company (Jet Plumbing) wasn't able to fix after 2 visits. Bob Usry & Sons was able to get JR to come to my house same day I contacted them and got sink unclogged on first try.

Easy to work with, answered phone on first try, and plumber was great to work with and kept a clean area.
