First they hooked a toilet and a hose bib to hot water. Next, they dig a ditch from the well to the house to put in a new cold water line and hit my sprinkler pipes in three place. Then I hit the new water line while taking out a tree stump. The water line was run on top of the stump and then covered with about four inches of mulch and sand. I took out the stump and dug out the line for about six feet so I could get the line about eight inches underground.

We live in a mobile home which is doubly hard to work on . the technician was Quick to arrive, very knowledgeable about the situation and we felt like he gave us an honest assessment of our damage. Highly recommend them!

Used Bob Tsacrios Plumbing twice in 4 years. Both times they dispatched professional, skilled plumbers who peformed their work quickly and efficiently. The charges were fair and up front (matched the estimates). I can do minor plumbing repairs and installs myself but if its anything above minor - I will call B.T.'s every time. They usually have a coupon in the Yellow Pages book.

I had to have a water line replaced from my water meter to the house. The problem had been an oak tree whose roots had caused the leak. I had the oak tree taken down several years ago, but the damage had been done. The plumbers came and replaced the line and left pretty much of a mess. One worker did come out on a Saturday and pick up roots that had been left lying there. The job on the water line was satisfactory because the water company came out and said that I no longer had a leak. However now my irrigation system does not work. It worked perfectly before they did the work. Zone 4 where they did the work is operating although there is a broken sprinkler head. None of the other zones will even come on. When I talked to them about this they said it was nothing they did. The job was $850 which was very reasonable. But now I have to pay to have the irrigation system repaired. I have no idea how much that is going to cost since I haven't been able to get someone out to look at it. I won't be calling them again.

I have used BT Plumbing about 4 times, and they have been great. My house is 108 years old and off grade. They had to go under the house for repairs and did an outstanding job. Their employees are great. This is my go to plumber.

Hard to write this review... Because I really like the people. But if I'm being honest with you... Their work is shoddy.... Time is too precious to have to call back professionals to get it right.

I've used Tsacrios plumbing in the past and had good service. Most recently, however, their technician took apart our shower fixture because it would not adjust between full hot and full cold. He said it was stopped up and would no longer work at all. He left with the fixture and I discovered the water dripping and going behind the wall because he didn't turn off the water supply at the rough in fixture. They ordered the wrong part, then later said the model was discontinued quoting a range of $400-$800 to replace it. We purchased a replacement from Delta for $85. Then, I retrieved the original parts, reinstalled it myself and it works. Just needed an adjustment of the hot-cold handle setting. The handle for the hot-cold adjustment was not with the other parts the technician left in the shower. The technician and Mr. Tsacrios insist they do not have the handle. I asked Mr. Tsacrios to purchase the $85 fixture from me at my cost and to replace the handle. After more than two weeks and multiple emails and phone calls, I have been ignored. The fact that nothing was actually wrong with the original fixture- just needed adjusting for range of hot and cold which a novice figured out - can be interpreted more than one way. For the sake of replacing a handle, which clearly the technician inadvertently took, and for the cost of a new fixture of $85, which they could resell, they have spoiled a customer relationship and now have a tarnish to their reviews.
