Would have loved to give Bob 5 stars. He and his crew were very friendly and went to the extra work it seemed to take to figure out our deep sewer line and also replaced an old part of our water line while they had the hole dug. We were very pleased with the work, and our sewer has been operating well since they replaced the line. However, we paid him in full before they came back to grade our yard once the dirt had settled, and it was nearly 3 months before they came to spread out the dirt pile in our front yard, with my husband calling several times a week for the last month. They did come though and the job was well done! I would still use Bob and his crew in the future, just maybe hold back the last bit of payment till the job is finished. I will say too his pricing did seem better than some other estimates we heard, and he was very fair with us!

bob the sewer guy did not finish the job. they replaced my sewer line and did not fill in the dirt as promised and left broken clay tiles everywhere. I received the runaround for six months when I asked them to finish the job and then got ghosted. they were pleasant to deal with until they had my money. this is not what professional looks like.

DO NOT hire Mr. Barnes or anyone associated with him!!! Heck of a nice guy but doesn't stand behind his work. He charged us for pulling a permit which he never pulled therefore his work wasn't inspected. He installed a new septic tank for us but didn't hook it to the lateral lines correctly so it will not drain. It's been over 3 years and he gives nothing but lip service about showing up to fix it and make things right.

Took advantage of my wife regarding pricing. Avoid this company if you're not knowledgeable about pricing. He will take you for a ride

Used this company on a rental house. They did a good job. I called them for an bid for my unfinished bathroom. Bob was on time and looked at my job and said he would be back with me in 2 days. Well 5 days later I called and they said he would call. Then 5 more days later I called again, same answer. So I went with another company. Don't waste a customers time if you say your going to call and never do.
