He told me I needed both wax seals replaced on two toilets I asked him for a price . He told me it would be $280. When I got,the bill it was $660 He said it was $280 per toilet which he definitely did not say, After I got upset he said he would knock off the service fee of $95. Home adviser said it should cost from $60 to $150 per toilet.

I dropped my diamond earring down my drain and Bob got it out in minutes and even checked for leaks. He was super nice and honest! I will definately call on him again.

My kitchen sink was draining extremely slow on the side the disposal was on. I called, Bob arrived within the hour and had it fixed within an hour for a good price. This is the third time I have used Bob and will not even call other plumbers in this town. He is the only one I have run into that refuses to charge extra for night or weekend trips. He is always punctual and so nice. The only time he was ever late was when he got hung up on another job. But you have to expect that will happen from time to time. He is a one man show. If there were more stars I would give them.

He did not give an estimate before starting the job, did not give me an estimate of the expansion of the job, did not apprear to how to handle a job on a modern fixture , did not describe nor list in his invoice the manufacturer or supplier of the parts, and the fiixture was still leaking when he left. He is basically incompetent.

Total crook!!!! Not even licensed ! Improperly installed my water heater, when it didn't even need replacing! Now I'm red tagged by Virginia natural gas. Scam artist!!

I thought Bob was honest but he is not. Bad attitude and didnt complete job. Bait and switch for price.

Called Bob this morning to get a quote for some outside plumbing work. He was here in 30 mins, provided a very reasonable price, and the job was done a few hours later for a fraction of what I would have paid the ""big name guys"". He even knocked on the door halfway through the job and said the price was going down $150 because he found it was not going to take as long to complete one of the outside spigots. Thats never happened to me before, usually its the other direction. Bob is the guy for plumbing, highly recommended!

BEST plumber in Hampton Roads ! He's made multiple trips to my house and each time he responded FASTER and charged LESS than the other plumbers, I've used before meeting him. My wife and I are so glad we have an AFFORDABLE & DEPENDABLE Plumber. His phone number has a special place on our refrigerator, next to our family numbers.

I used Robert a couple of years ago to replace a toilet that was not working right. He spent over an hour trying to get a snake to work in it, before we gave up. (Bent his snake) I spent 2 days working on it myself, before calling him.
Had to go to Lowes to get a new one, because after removing it, we could not see anything in it from the bottom either.
After replacing it, we broke it open to see what was in the line. It was a ball point pen.
He gave me a great price, and I recommend him highly.

Called for some help with plumbing under my sink. The lady on the phone stated that he could come to help that night. I received another call saying he would be there in about an hour and a half or so and would call when he was on his way. After two and a half hours with no call, I called back. She said he was still on the other job and would call when he was done. I stayed up till midnight with no call and no show. Initial call was make at 5pm. Taking my business somewhere else. Really wanted to support local business. He did call the next day at 1000 but it was too late.
