Just wanted to share with others that Bob the plumber was very pleasing, professional, and prompt! I wasn't able to be at my home at the time, but the technician called me to let me know what the problem was with my toilet tank not flushing and called me when the repairs were done and sent me before and after pictures! I would strongly recommend to use their services. Bob the plumber is a good reputable company! I was very happy that I was able to get good quality work done without me having to be there. We have sink draining problem and Bob the plumber responded quickly. Jeremy showed up with Eduardo and they did a great job fixing our sink and replacing galvenized pipes with copper with very reasonable price within ~ 3 hours. Thank you Jeremy and Eduardo! Bob and his team are AWESOME!!! I had a sink clog during lockdown and they came with all safety measures ( masks/gloves) and fixed the problem immediately. I just had another plumbing issue where a pipe under my home had an enormous hole creating a lake and smell!!!! He quickly organized a team to come out and fix all the issues while working in 100 plus heat!!! They were efficient, professional, courteous and the smell and lake are gone!!! Bobs prices are beyond fair and he so open in sharing all the details of what they are doing!! He is our family plumber and will not ever go anywhere else. I used this plumber several times for minor things. My water heater went out yesterday. I didn't call him first because I purchased it at Home Depot. It was just 2 years old. They only gave me a year warranty so I would have to buy a new one for $1500. I called Bob and he came over immediately and said he could do it for $1300 but he didn't think it right that it went out so fast so he negotiated with Home Depot and got them to prorate and with labor it cost $750. Didn't want to pay that much either but it was so much better and he advocated for me.

A quality tradesman I know informed me that Bob, a licensed plumber, worked on large condo buildings, public entities such as UCLA, and private homes as well.
