I just wanted to share with others that I had a great experience with Bob the plumber plumbing company. The technician that came to my property to do the repairs for a toilet tank flushing problem was very professional, conscientious, knowledgeable and prompt! I wasn't able to be home but the technician always kept in contact with me and sent me pictures what needed to be replaced, and sent me pictures of the parts that he did replace. I was very happy that I was able to depend on Bob the plumber to come through with the excellent work that he performed. I would strongly recommend to use Bob the plumber if you have a plumbing problem! They are my go-to company now! Thanks again Bob for the Great service

Amazing people, do not hesitate to call them! Support small businesses like them, they are one of the best in the area period. Every level of service that we experienced was beyond amazing. They very quickly responded to my missed phone call and came the next day! We had a water heater leak and they were able to set us up extremely fast. They even recommended a construction company to handle the water mitigation and everything else we needed to get rid of our water damaged walls.


Jason was the one that came out and did the work and he was more than accommodating and professional while helping us with the removal and instillation of our water heater. They had very reliable and consistent communication throughout the whole process and we're more than willing to accommodate us even though we had to reschedule a couple times. They are very friendly people that give you that great small business attention to detail and interaction that you won't get with those big companies. I cannot stress enough just how great of an experience we had dealing with Bob the Plumber. If you need any sort of plumbing done, do not hesitate and go ahead and give them a call right away!

Bob and his team are amazing! Of course on a holiday weekend we had a clog in the toilet. Bob was able to send someone within hours to get it cleared. Bob is my go to plumber for everything. He's very very professional, reliable and quick to help. Highly recommend Bob the Plumber!

I reached out to them for what I thought was a slab leak. They came at their earliest time. Brian did his thing and walked me through what he thought was the problem. He told me to contact my insurance company because it may not be covered under insurance so I did and they said it was. So I authorized a more thorough check and he asked permission before doing anything. I work from home so he was very careful about working around my meetings and talking to me in between. Brian was amazing and thoughtful and not only walked me through what the problem was, how he discovered it, but also recommended a restoration company that came out right away and began drying everything. He submitted everything to my adjuster as soon as I got the information and even though they made the claim ""they never heard of them"", Brian did such a thorough job they had no choice but to pay it out. Since I was having panic attacks Brian eased my anxiety about insurance and payments even on his day off. Once the insurance said it was covered and he can do the work, Brian was there the next day and got the job done quickly! We only went without water for a week thanks to Brian. Not only that but he has been instrumental in helping get what I deserve from the insurance company having them cover things I didn't think about or no about since this is my first claim. He also has helped in getting our home back up and in running order. This is definitely a company that I can trust and would 100% recommend to everyone. Thanks Brian!

Just had Jason from Bob the Plumber out because my water heater was out. He was very helpful explaining my options. Ended up buying a new water heater because mine was so old that it would take a long time to even get parts. Also brought everything up to code with the install.

I called to see if someone could come out and fix a valve leak we were having on an outdoor faucet. Someone was able to come out the same day and repair it. Very happy with the pricing and knowledge of the gentleman who came to our home. Will use again!

I used Bob the Plumber for a dishwasher valve repair, and a toilet installation. Their pricing is fair, and the two different plumbers that came out for the different repairs were both great! I can't remember the first guys name because I didn't think I would need to use them again so soon, but he was excellent, and Matt is Excellent and the one I will request. He was very thorough, and helpful with searching for best price in the type of toilet I wanted to install. But you can't go wrong with either guy!

I have more plumbing work needed on my home, and I will definitely be calling them for a quote. (I still like to make sure I am getting the best price), but the service is excellent. I am pretty sure that if it is only a few dollars difference in pricing, I will still use Bob's because I trust the service and the plumbers.

I called on a Sunday thinking I was going to leave a voice message, and was surprised to reach a Live person to handle my request.

I am very Happy with the office staff and the plumbers....and the PRICE!
Would definitely recommend them to others.
