My plumbing career began in 1981 when I helped a plumber during after-school hours and weekends. After training under some of Southern California's finest master plumbers, I became a journeyman. I also completed specialized plumbing courses in college. After years with larger plumbing companies, I grew uneasy with how clients were treated. This led me to earn my contractor's license and create a business based on fairness, honesty, and respect. Honesty is important to me, and I take great pride in every job. We emphasize attention to detail, customer service, fair pricing, integrity, and high-quality work. As my business expands, I find it essential to hire only the best and most honest technicians. I believe in treating my clients as I wish to be treated—with respect and dignity. I recognize that reaching out to a plumber often comes with stress. We aim to ease the stress that comes with plumbing issues.
I have enjoyed a happy marriage for nearly two decades, blessed with four children, two stepchildren, and four grandchildren. Our children are grown and have started their own families, but we remain close. Nicole, my beautiful wife, earned her master's in special education and enhances children's lives every day. While we are both dedicated workers, we value our family time immensely. We engage in community activities, striving to boost our happiness and that of our neighbors.

Cody can to my home to fix a clogged drain and replace a welded hose bib.
He was very polite and professional. Explained the process and made sure I understood the work to be completed. He completed the work in a timely manner and left the work site clean.
Will definitely use again.

I have one of those home warranty contracts so when my old water heater ""took a leak"", they sent a very nice fellow from a company an hour or more away. For a service fee of $75, he wrote a work order/estimate that included $1,000 worth of modification and code upgrades. I checked Home Depot tanks at $600-$800 for a replacement and opted to ""cash out"" and find a local plumber. I had previously asked ""Bob the Plumber"" about doing a gas line hookup for a new cooktop. He sent a nice young fellow named Lorenzo who gave me an estimate, smiled politely and said to call when we were ready. No charge. So, on a Sunday, I messaged Bob about the water heater. On Tuesday morning, Lorenzo connected the cooktop to the gas lines, installed a new water heater in pretty close quarters amid barking dogs and a lot of 18-yr-old grime, gave me Bob's 2-yr. warranty and the manufacturer's 8-yr. limited warranty, accepted my personal check for almost $100 less than the ""other guy's"" estimate, and was on his way to the next happy customer. And, if there's a problem (which I don't expect), they're only about 15 minutes away. By the way, the warranty company is allowing me ""up to"" $444 reimbursement. Call Bob the Plumber instead.

This business is so great I contacted them regarding plumbing they were able to come out with the hour of contacting them , very personal and informative of the job being done. No need to shop around great pricing.

I've used Bob's plumbing services several times over the last few years to fix my toilets, replace ugly faucets, fix leaks, etc. Bob is very responsive to my texts and I've never waited long for an appointment; it's usually scheduled for the next day. Although I've never met Bob, I've had several of his employees come to do repairs and they've all been very professional and provided great customer service.

Ernie was sent out to work on my main shut off valve after having a leak. He showed up on time , masked up and followed protocol for covid. They are excellent when it comes to communication as well. Prices were fair, Bob gave me a good deal on my scope of work. Ernie did an amazing job and is very personable, always positive! Im using them for future work forsure!

I've called this company twice in the last two months... Once to replace my hopelessly leaky main water valves and to unclog one of the toilet sewer lines. I was impressed on the first visit by the direct communication, without the veiled ambiguity of intent or faux concern. Not only was there a discussion about what could and needed to be done, a timeframe was set and met. Both times, a name and photograph of the responding technician were texting prior to arrival for safety and as just straight up courtesy. Technicians, Lorenzo and Gilbert, were friendly, knowledgeable, clean (in appearance and work method), and ultimately completed the job with competence which gave me confidence there wouldn't be any future issues for their fix.
If you need a plumber, Bob the Plumber is the company to call. Any future plumbing needs or emergencies, will go through these guys.

I can't thank Bob the plumber enough! I moved onto my home about six months ago. We had been without hot water since then. I had been told by two people that I needed a part (Valve) or a new water heater. I saw Bob had great reviews so I decided to go with him. He was on time, professional, friendly and very kind. He checked the water heater and found the (valve) the other two plummers missed. He installed it, put some bolts and screws in that was missing and did fixed everything. When we asked how much....His response was "" I can't charge for a job so small"" we said no we want to give you something. He said no I can't for a job so small. He used his own tools, made a trip to Home Depot bought parts that was missing, spent about and hour putting everything together and still did it for free. I'm still shocked. He is definitely the miracle I prayed for this morning. We were expecting to spend $1400 on replacing the water heater. Thanks to Bob we saved money. I can't even thank him enough. He has charecter, strong ethics, trustworthy and honest.

I love that I have a reliable plumber service on speed dial! Bob the plumber and his crew always are there to help with my emergencies and simple installs and repairs. I use this company often for my home upgrades and my husband and I are very loyal customers for many years, Mr. Gilbert Mendez is awesome and very professional and knowledgeable .
