My home homeowners insurance company required a water leak detection system with automatic shut off to be installed. Ric came out to give me an estimate. He was friendly, professional, and patient with all of my questions. He installed the device and was less expensive than any of the other quotes I had received. I will definitely be using this company for any further plumbing issues! They also came out very quickly to get the job done!

Water heater crapped out and started leaking. Called them around 7p and left msg with cust svc person. They called me back the very next morn before 8a, and arrived at my house 30 min later. Within a couple hrs, had a new water heater installed, along with replacing old, rusty pipes. They even replaced my water shut off valve for free (normally $250+). Both guys were very communicative and friendly. Very reasonable price that includes a 6 yr warranty. Have recommended them to others, wouldn't even think to call anyone else in the future.

We've used bob the plumber twice now. We were lucky enough that James could come out if not we would've probably gone with another company to fix our issue. We did have another quote from a plumber but honestly Bob the plumber has knowledgeable plumbers working for him, James being one of them. And for that reason; we will always use bob the plumber from now on.

Ric from Bob the Plumber initially came out to assess an underground leak at my property in Moreno Valley. He made the effort to make as few holes as he could and quickly located two different leaks. He came to do the repair at the time scheduled and was great with communicating between both me and my tenants. Reliable, responsive, experienced, and thorough. I was pleased with his professionalism and competence and will definitely be seeking him out for future plumbing issues.

We smelled gas coming from the water heater which prompted us to call the Gas company immediately. The Gas Company discovered that we had a leak coming from the ""Gas Control Valve."" Consequently, gas to the water-heater was shut-off until the valve was repaired (no hot water). I quickly searched through Yelp and found this awesome company called ""Bob the Plumber."" I spoke with a lady by the name of Karen, and she quickly set up a same-day appointment with a technician name Ric. Ric was prompt, swift, and efficient. Our problem was rectified within minutes, and I was able to call the gas company out to turn our gas back on. I was immensely impressed by my experience with Bob the Plumber's service. I highly recommend this company for all you plumbing needs.
