I have an ""old school"" approach, and I treat everyone with dignity. While I may not be the least expensive plumber, I stand by the saying, ""Skilled Plumbers Aren't Cheap, Cheap Plumbers Aren't Skilled"". We were so impressed that we hired him for 2 more jobs within days--non emergency stuff that we had been putting off. Again, we were so impressed that we have decided to have him do yet more work for us in the coming weeks. To be honest, I have contemplated holding off on posting this review until our work is completed... Hopefully, he won't get too inundated with new business before our work is complete.
