Showed up an hour and half late and didn't think to call and let me know. My water heater did NOT pass inspection. Left 5 voicemails and still no one has gotten back to me. I don't understand what is so difficult about checking voicemail and returning customer calls at the end or beginning of the day. Would not recommend this company.
