After 5 years, my guests (and I) can finally fill my bath tub in my guest bathroom, thanks to Will! It's been a thorn in my side after multiple plumbers told me I'd have to tear out the wall, replace the Grohe facet tub combo to the tune of thousands of dollars. Even the original plumber who installed the facets during the remodel couldn't get the diverter to work. (Shocking, right?) I kind of gave up, since the shower part of it worked. You just had to get in and adjust the water temperature as you stood there--not an optimal experience for sure. In less than an hour, Will diagnosed the issue, did a great work-around and now you can fill the tub, adjust the water temperature BEFORE you get in the shower, all for the price of a service call (also VERY reasonable!) Highly recommend them! Professional, reasonably priced, knowledgeable and friendly!

Just a couple examples of what makes Bob so good:

* My water bill skyrocketed and even after the water company couldn't determine why, Bob thoroughly checked inside my home and out. He discovered the tiny leak that was quieter than a whisper but which added up to many, many dollars down the drain.

* When I remodeled my kitchen, Bob did all the plumbing work. After six months the cap on the dishwasher air gap came loose and Bob came out and replaced it. There was no charge because, as Bob said, ""his work is guaranteed.""
