He broke our irrigation system. When tried to call and let him know, he refused to call us back. When we tried to make a complaint to the licensing board, we found out he was not a licensed plumber.

Had plumbing work done by owners son. Had a leak immediately following. We were also quoted a price by his father, the owner, and upon work being done were told it would be more than double. When we asked why the son had his father call us and he screamed and cursed and threatened us. We did contact the police regarding this. Cant imagine doing business like this. Would NEVER NEVER use them or recommend. Also, his son was very inexperienced. When we originally made the appointment we were told he had over 27 years experience...his son is not 27 years old.

They were recommended by a trusted friend. He was so nice on the phone. His son showed up on time. He was unsure about how to do my project, even though I had asked his father specifically about their experience in this type of project. The son said he would have to call their product rep to get an additional part (all necessary parts are in the box with the sink they were to install) He also looked at the drain problems in 2 other sinks. Nothing was done. I have called every day since. The first time, I spoke with the owner's wife. She would pass along the question as to when they would be back. Second time, I spoke with the owner. He would check with his sone and get back with me, He knew nothing about the issue. I have called at least twice each day. Left numerous messages. No response at all. My last message asked to let me know if they were not interested in doing my job. So very disappointed.

Called them, immediately came out and Matt was Great! Reasonable priced and carefully to explain every involved! Great Job!

Wouldn't recommend these guys if they were the last plumbers on earth. Sent an inexperienced plumber to do the job and left me with no water for the weekend. My husband did 3X as much work in the same time as this plumber ... and he is a maintenance man, not a professional plumber. We had used this company before and they were great ... don't know what happened. I was very very disappointed and am spreading the word.
