I would rate Bob and Marc's Plumbing at A+++ or 5 Stars ++. We had another plumbing service come out who botched the job.

We later called Bob and Marc's. Raymond worked tirelessly to clear the blockage. He was smart and had great problem-solving skills. Sometimes a blocked drain is not easy to diagnose...but he figured out crazy piping out!

They were A-MAZ-ING!!!

So I've called these guys out about 3 times over the last few years for simple drain blockages. They are always quick, responsive, and professional. All three time's we've had Spencer despatched to our house (I request him now specifically) and he's always been good to get what we need fixed without trying to over charge us with procedures or ""cleanings"" we don't need. My parents had a gas leak at their house. So Cal Gas fixed line near street, but there was a leak also at the house too. So, they came out to fix, but the house is so old they had to replace the pipe as it wasn't to code. I am not from around here, so they were great at working to what would make sense for me.
They came in and dug up the front yard. Didn't interrupt any of the sprinkler lines! Barb was awesome at getting me updates. Dave the technician was helpful at explaining everything.
They fixed it up and a few days later I had the gas company come turn the gas back on. That morning Dave called me and said, after they are gone or if you /they have questions, please call me on my direct line. This was on a Sunday!
Great group to work with. Willing to help you out and make it better.
Called them (or my dad did) back in the summer when their AC went out and was happy then too. Will continue to work with them on issues as they arise!

I was very happy with the plumbing service today. Spencer replaced my garbage disposal very quickly and efficiently and then snaked my kitchen sink drain. Everything is working great now. The rate was very reasonable. Thanks very much

Today I came home to a tub and bathtub backed-up.
Huge mess.
I immediately went to a card on my wall - Bob and Marc PLUMBING.
Once a year i have this problem from tree roots in my front yard.
Within 50 minutes, Spencer arrived and fixed the problem within minutes.
These guys - especially Spencer - are 'same day' problem solvers.
The other guys I called - smell good and otherwise - said they might meet with me in a day or two.
Go with Bob and Marc (and Spencer) to get the job done now!

These people cancelled on me twice on the same day and when they came in they quoted me $450 to replace a garbage disposal!!! There is no gd that costs that much . They wanted to put in a $80 disposal and charge me $450 and the worker disappeared on me .
DO NOT LET THESE MFU.... rip you off .

I was awakened on a Sunday at 3:30am to the sound of running water. I was unable to determine the source so I went online to search for a 24 Hour plumber and called Bob and Marc. John called me around 4:30am and said he would be out in 15 minutes. He was very professional and helpful and fixed the problem for a very reasonable fee. I highly recommend John and Bob and Marc Plumbing.

I can't say enough good things about Bob & Marc Plumbing. We have used different plumbers over the years, but, from here forward, they will be our ""go to"" company. We had major problems with our tankless water heater and gas pipes, which prevented us from having hot water and forced air heat. Barb, the manager at the company, switched up everybody's schedule to send a crew out right away to install a new heater and lay new pipe in the front yard. They worked for two days in the rain digging ditches and laying pipe! Bob & Marc Plumbing is a throwback to another era when customer service was everything. Please call them!!

Over the weekend, both shower valves were not working properly and the kitchen faucet needed an on-going leak fixed. My mom and I have used Bob & Marc plumbing for years and have always received excellent customer care and plumbing services at fair prices. Spencer, John and Justin have all been to my house. They are all courteous, professional, and prompt.
Every home owner wants a reliable plumber for maintenance and emergencies. I can't recommend Bob & Marc enough as my go-to plumbers.
