No lies, no candy coating, and no scam like mike diamond! When I called dan after mike diamond had been to my house, he told me the whole scam that md was trying to play on me and it was true. I was disgusted but dan came to the rescue! I highly recommend bob and Marc plumbing for all your needs!

After 3 days of no hot water and calling another plumber who said he would show up but never did, my husband called Bob & Marc Plumbing. The women who answered the phone was very helpful, understand the urgency and said that she would get someone out to our home right away. The serviceman, Siaria (?) arrived within an hour. He was very professional and quickly diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately, we needed to replace the 7 year old water heater that came with our new home. The serviceman quickly went into action to pick up a new water heater. He returned in about an hour with an assistant and three different types of water heaters to make sure that we got the correct one for our home hook-up. Within a few hours we had hot water again. It was not inexpensive but it was fair (my husband did some price comparisons). I would highly recommend Bob and Marc Plumbing. They were professional, quick to show up, efficient and price fair.

I had my wall furnace replaced with a double-sided 50k BTU unit. Bob and Marc quoted me a fair price, and I shopped around. I had one guy quote me double what Bob and Marc charged me. Simon, the installer, did an above average job. He pulled the old unit out in a matter of minutes, and cut the wall so that the new unit could fit. He also took the time to inspect the exhaust chimney. Overall the job only took 4 hours, and there were no issues. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because he did cut the drywall slightly too high on one side, but 10 dollars at the hardware store and a touch of paint took care of that. Overall I got a nice new powerful heater installed without any issues in a timely manner.

Fast, professional service. Called three plumbers, they were the only one to show up on time.

Only issue is that they are VERY expensive!!! $289 for a dishwasher install seems a bit pricey. The guy was done in 30 minutes, seems like an hourly rate of $500+ per hour is a bit excessive for a plumber.

I provided all the parts and hauled away the old machine, just wanted someone to install a new one for me.

Found out later, home depot installs dishwashers for $100!

I have had nothing but great service from these guys! I have a bridal shop and plumbing problem and a bridal shop do no go well together!!! I have had to have them out on several occasions. They have been out within a half an hour. They are quick to diagnose the problem and do great work. They even do a great job of cleaning up after themselves!!!! I also think they are resonably priced.

Had a sump pump fail while I was out of town and not knowing what to do my wife called Bob & Marc Plumbing, instead of our usual honest plumber, and boy, what a mistake. They did show up on time and did make the pump replacement, but they totally ripped us off. When I saw the bill I almost fell out of my chair...over $1,400.00!!!. After several failed requests by my wife to receieve a detailed breakdown of how they arrived at the total bill (breakdown fo parts costs), my wife handed this over to me and I called the company to ask how they arrived at the amount and the owner basically lied and said they first had to clear a clog in the line, which was a total fabrication, and then gave me a breakdown for their charges for parts and labor. They marked up a $200 sump pump to over $500, added more excessive markups for a few clamps and plastic pipe and to boot, charged over $500 in labor for what shoul have been at most a two hour job!!!. The owner was totally unapologetic and gave me the BS line about needing to make a fair profit.

When I asked about the warranty for the work I was told one year but it was not written on the invoice so how can I trust them?

This was a total RIP-OFF job that took advantage of my wife trusting them....BEWARE! Call someone else, but if you ever deal with this company, make sure to get a written estimate BEFORE you authorize the work....sure wish my wife had. Totally unsatisfactory experience.

THESE are the only plumbers that I trust. They get out there in a timely manner and handle the problem without a lot of grief and their prices are reasonable and fair. I was out of the country and one of my rentals had a problem and I called Danny. He got right out there. Fixed the problem for me....AND......waitied until I got back to the states to pay him. Awesome, trustworthy, honest, reliable. Highly recommend that you use them.

On different occasions my sister and I in different houses have called Danny for issues with plumbing. Right away Danny and Paul came by and the issues were resolved in a timely matter. They are very professional and also reasonably priced!Not only that but I trust them also. If one of them couldn't come by Danny sent one of the other guys to take a look.Very pleased and will for sure call them again if I have issues.

These guys are rip-offs. Don't buy they can not get replacement parts
no warranty on faucets. Over priced and the owners have no idea on
customer service. These guys will rip you off!!! beware of buying from
these guys. go to REEBACK'S just down the road or PACIFIC SALES
If you use thier plumbing staff you will pay 2 or 3 times more then any
other plunbers
