Can't say enough good things about Bob and Marc's plumbing! This week I needed help moving my bathroom sink pipes to a different wall. I reached out to Bob and Marc's and they took care of everything right away! From start to finish they were professional, kind, and communicated extremely well. The plumber who came out was fantastic. During the free estimate he took the time to hear and discuss my bathroom design ideas and provide 3 different detailed estimates. We chose one and they got us on the schedule right away. Their office staff kept me updated and called the day before to confirm.

On the day of the work, the plumber showed up on time, confirmed what we we're doing and got it done in timely manner. Even though there ended up being a extra work involved after opening up the drywall, he kept his original price estimate. That shows a level of honesty and class that's truly priceless when your contracting out work on your home. They also go above and beyond for the customer - on the day of the install I asked if he could put a ice line box in for me and he took care of that too. He left his workspace clean and clearly explained what he did. Couldn't be more pleased.

I will definitely use them again in the future!

We've had a few sewer back ups and when we contracted Bob and Marc to come check it out, it was initially discovered that we would need to dig and re-line the sewer. However as we got deeper into the job, there was an unexpected issue with our sewer. I was very worried the price would go up. One of the original Bob and Marc owners came out to take a look. He was clearly more interested in doing the job right and keeping our business for the next 20 years rather than taking advantage of us at a vulnerable moment. Great guys, would recommend to anyone looking for a fair and honest expert.

Have used Bob and Marc for years and have always appreciated their service. Then last Saturday night, and on a holiday weekend, our kitchen sinks backed up. I called and spoke to someone who said the office was closed, but that someone would call back on Monday. Not surprised, though not thrilled, I said ""okay""...only to get a call-back from Shilo, who was on-call and got the message about our sink. Less than two hours later, while his family had to eat their hamburgers w/out him, we were back in business...and he was a nice guy and a pleasure to deal with. Wish we wouldn't need a plumber ever again, but know who to call if/when we do.

Big Thumbs up BOB & Mark plumbing!! Very professional demo crew. Always made sure they stopped work while we walked near by. Also the workers will set a traffic control personel so that we can cross our summer students at El Segundo Elementary School..

Memorial Day evening, my kitchen sink got clogged!! Wouldn't have been bad except there were 17 people here for dinner!! Spencer came out at 930pm and did a wonderful job!! He was prompt, polite and so reasonable!!! And I got done horrific quotes in a holiday night!! I would call them again anytime!!!

They came to fix a leak that my contractor messed up, again. And they were able to tell
Me exactly what was wrong and they were able to fix it in a short amount of time and the cost was worth not having it leak into my living room. I'd definitely use these guys again.

I would rate Bob and Marc's Plumbing at A+++ or 5 Stars ++. We had another plumbing service come out who botched the job.

We later called Bob and Marc's. Raymond worked tirelessly to clear the blockage. He was smart and had great problem-solving skills. Sometimes a blocked drain is not easy to diagnose...but he figured out crazy piping out!

They were A-MAZ-ING!!!

So I've called these guys out about 3 times over the last few years for simple drain blockages. They are always quick, responsive, and professional. All three time's we've had Spencer despatched to our house (I request him now specifically) and he's always been good to get what we need fixed without trying to over charge us with procedures or ""cleanings"" we don't need.
