These people cancelled on me twice on the same day and when they came in they quoted me $450 to replace a garbage disposal!!! There is no gd that costs that much . They wanted to put in a $80 disposal and charge me $450 and the worker disappeared on me .
DO NOT LET THESE MFU.... rip you off .

I was awakened on a Sunday at 3:30am to the sound of running water. I was unable to determine the source so I went online to search for a 24 Hour plumber and called Bob and Marc. John called me around 4:30am and said he would be out in 15 minutes. He was very professional and helpful and fixed the problem for a very reasonable fee. I highly recommend John and Bob and Marc Plumbing.

I can't say enough good things about Bob & Marc Plumbing. We have used different plumbers over the years, but, from here forward, they will be our ""go to"" company. We had major problems with our tankless water heater and gas pipes, which prevented us from having hot water and forced air heat. Barb, the manager at the company, switched up everybody's schedule to send a crew out right away to install a new heater and lay new pipe in the front yard. They worked for two days in the rain digging ditches and laying pipe! Bob & Marc Plumbing is a throwback to another era when customer service was everything. Please call them!!

Over the weekend, both shower valves were not working properly and the kitchen faucet needed an on-going leak fixed. My mom and I have used Bob & Marc plumbing for years and have always received excellent customer care and plumbing services at fair prices. Spencer, John and Justin have all been to my house. They are all courteous, professional, and prompt.
Every home owner wants a reliable plumber for maintenance and emergencies. I can't recommend Bob & Marc enough as my go-to plumbers.

Called and was able to schedule a same day appointment. The technician called later in the day to let me know he could make it earlier. I contacted him when I was available and he showed up within an hour. So the job was completed much earlier than originally scheduled. Add to that the fact that the charge for the visit was very reasonable. They're now in my favorites speed dial. I hope I don't have need to call them again anytime soon!

They do not charge overtime or higher rates to come out on weekends or holidays! I wish I had know that on a Sunday morning, when we had no hot water. We waited until Monday to call for service and Spencer came out that afternoon. (They also called to let us know he was running a little late, which we appreciated). Spencer was able to replace a part on our water heater, knowing we will have to replace it soon. When I mentioned waiting until Monday to call for service, he told me they don't charge extra for weekends. What a great business transaction!

Kudos to Daniel Viens and his crew! Absolutely amazing! I had called Another plumber to snake my pipe which was suppose to be $77 then they scared me into hydro jetting it and doing a camera to see the issue for $500. After doing the camera they said I needed $17k worth of work. I said I needed a 2nd opinion and that's when I found Daniel at Bob & Marc Plumbing. What a blessing!!! Completely professional and very timely. They came out and ran the camera through the pipes. They told me everything was completely fine with my pipes and that no work needed to be done. I have found a plumber for life. I can't tell you how much I appreciated their service and most of all their honesty. Thank you Daniel Viens and Bob & Marc Plumbing for giving me the best Christmas present ever! As far as I'm concerned I will never to have to look else where for any plumbing issues. Thank you again!
