Bob K.Called this company with a septic problem. They had an employee come out to look at issue. I was told at that time I would be called the following morning with a price and time he would arrive at my home. Waited till noon and called them. I was told they were out on an emergency call far from my residence. Did not know when or if they could make it out today. Wasted a day off work waiting. They do not seem to care about customers time or inconvience. Told them to cancel and I would find another company. Did not seem to care.
